When you have many dogs staying for local dog show, it would be nice if there was trash baskets at each outside door…. There was nothing no where to put the poop bags

Nice facility, clean, comfortably bed, some streaming stations included! Short toilet, was on the second floor with a dog. Not very convenient for toilet. 1st floor would have been much better.

The first two rooms I was put in had mold on the curtains. The third room’s toilet wouldn’t flush after one night. I asked for a refund and still have not heard back from the hotel management. Will never stay here again.

Everything was good -- except the breakfast. English muffins were so hard we couldn't split them, eggs were gritty/powdery tasting, the gravy was lumpy.

I have stayed at many comfort inns and this one was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom was full of other people’s hair and disgusting it smelt moly and musty in the entire building and the rooms were even worse.

To make matters worse, the front office staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional when addressing my concerns. The condition of the room combined with the poor customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and after this experience, I do not plan on booking another Comfort Inn. I strongly encourage anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere, especially if cleanliness and good customer service are important to you.

This facility was so run down. It smelled of cigarettes even though the sign outside the building stated it is a smoke free facility. The mold inside the rooms was scary and the whole room reeked of mildew and mold. We complained and the desk moved us to another room but sprayed the room with perfume. We checked out immediately when my child started to experience asthma attacks. the rooms were completely run down. The swimming pool has a layer of black slime over it.
