For starters they didn't honor the prepaid reservation. Sent us across the street where I had to pay again. Paid cash and then was refused a receipt. When getting upset was told to leave or would get kicked out.

It said free coffee in lobby from 6am - 10am there was no coffee.two small pillows on the beds nothing in the rooms to tell what channels were for the TV and nothing in the rooms at all for places to go things to do or places to eat..no shampoo in the bathrooms will not go back there again

Unfortunately, this hotel was very unkept I saw several cockroaches during my three day day. I’d originally booked seven but only could handle three. The room smelled heavily of smoke and the floors were so dirty that every time I walked my shoes stuck to the floor. There was a thick grime residual by the refrigerator that was coated in hair. The only reason why I am giving it. A two star is because that there were very friendly and nice, but overall the hotel itself was not.

Only positive thing I have to say is the a/c worked well. Beds were very thin and hard. You have to call the staff from an off-site location if you need to check-in or get extra towels. TV audio didn’t work. Rooms didn’t seem very clean. Stayed somewhere else our second night.

When you arrive, there is no staffed front desk. Instead, you’re greeted by security cameras and a sign telling you to call the front desk number. A man answered with “What do you want?” instead of anything remotely welcoming. After standing in a hot, non-air-conditioned lobby for about five minutes, he drove up from another location and checked us in. The room itself was barely acceptable. There were holes in the walls, cigarette burn holes in the bedspread, dirty surfaces that clearly hadn’t been wiped down, and only two tiny pillows on the bed. My wife asked for two more pillows and was initially told no, despite the motel appearing nearly empty. Eventually he brought two larger pillows and came into the room to look at the issues. His response was basically, “It is what it is.” The shower curtain rod is mounted so poorly the curtain sticks to you while showering. There was no shampoo provided, just two tiny soap bars. One towel even had stains on it. I also killed two spiders during our stay. To be fair, the TV, mini fridge, and air conditioning worked. But there are absolutely no amenities here. No coffee, no breakfast, and no hospitality. At nearly $90 after taxes, this felt like a $40 roadside motel at best. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives older budget hotels a bad reputation.

Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on. Avoid at all costs!!! They wouldn't provide a refund after check in, and wouldn't switch rooms. We left.

I kind of like the location. The place was dump!

Staff were great and the place was clean, but that’s where the positive review ends. It’s clear no maintenance had been done in decades. There were holes in the wall, the tub was torn up, the HVAC unit was broken, there were multiple unidentified stains, etc. I don’t expect much out a $55 room, but I definitely expect more than this.
