I didn't spend a lot of time here because I checked in late and left early, but my room was clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the breakfast. A lot of choices! I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The furniture was a bit dated but that is the worst I can say about this place.

The building could be updated inside & out. Couldn't figure out tv volume- it was stuck on one volume (louder than we needed)

Large banquet rooms. Clean lobby. Large place. Indoor pool. They gave us water and granola bars upon checking in. Our view was of the pool so we kept the curtains closed. Very comfy bed if you like a cloud like bed. Hallway to rooms was like stepping back in time. Very old looking. Smelled bad but maybe they had a plumbing issue because the next day they had air fresheners plugged in. Just weird to go from elegant to aged through one door. Hotel doors were painted metal. Just odd.

Please don’t stay in this hotel the entire property is very dirty it has a strong sewer smell the ac barely worked it was muggy very hot we stayed 2 nights because we had an important court case and it was the closest hotel we could find in marshalltown Iowa , I complained to the front desk twice but nothing was done , terrible super terrible

People were partying in the parking lot. Not an issue but they were throwing baseballs and we had to move our vehicle because we were afraid it would be hit by accident. Rooms had ants.
