Room was nice and spacious. Bed was nice. TV options were good. Only complaint is the room wasn't very sound proof, I could hear another of sounds and activity happening in hallway

There was never anyone at the desk. You have to pick up the phone and call to get someone to help. Overall, not a bad place if you just need a bed.

It was a pretty easy check in late like usual breakfast was okay the room was okay it's a hotel room a place to put your head for 8 hours and move on to the next place. What I stay there again sure.

Mold on the toilet, bed sheets, and walls.

Nothing I paid $82 didn't even stay but 3hrs the room smelled like sewage had to go to a different hotel when I went to check in I barley could upstand the guy at the front desk

When I got to the location, it came out that my reservation was for the wrong day, but before we even figured that out, the night staff could not get on the computer without calling and getting help he could not figure out how to use his own system he had to have somebody over the phone talking him through how to use it and then when it came out that it was the wrong day due to an issue with a third-party app. I asked if we could change it because it was past midnight to the current day and we stay that night. He would not do it. He refused to let me do it that way because it was past the night, which the app was willing to let me switch it to the 15th and let me stay there, but he was not, and then they would refuse to give me back my money. He sided the app and he could not give the money back because of the app. The app said that they had to go to the owner and the owner had to decide. He said he was the owner. The owner said it was the app fault we could not get our money back. The app said it was his fault. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel would not recommend anybody else. Staff is terrible and management is terrible.

Convenient location, near highway. Cheap Very low water pressure, stained sheets, door had to be slammed to shut, very loud a/c unit.
