Holiday Inn Express Maspeth by IHG

The property was very clean along with the rooms and staff was very helpful

my stay at this hotel was very nice. Quiet, Front desk staff was great, quick and professional. Room and bed waa very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food.. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Had a 3-night stay at this property. The only weakness this hotel has is lack of free parking. The clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff, and nice Breakfast made my families stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay! This location had everything we could have asked for in a hotel. We had a bit of noise from the neighbors' kid, but that’s obviously no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend! 🙂

Very clean and very convenient logistically

I help my son moved to Brooklyn this was the perfect place for us to recharge at night and start we a great breakfast .

Everything is good and staffs are very nice.

Conveniently located hotel that’s very well maintained. Breakfast was solid. Parking was a bit difficult as the lot was small but was able to get a spot.

Clean room

There was some road noise in the night. We did not explore the area as there were massive storms and flood warnings (the road near the hotel did flood) and there were police cars at the hotel in the morning before we left (not sure why). We could see the massive cemetery nearby from our window and it’s pretty impressive.

The only issues was the smell in the bathroom that was like a sewer backed up, I believe it was from the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Also, the refrigerator needed to be more secured because it kept moving out of place when we opened it.

Expedia, we always booked to Holiday in the crew is very nice people especially free breakfast and a free shuttle bus to the airport.

Staff are very good. House keeping staff are also good and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is very good. We have free parking available. EV chargers available on site. We have 24/7 coffee available and 24/7 filter water available to fill in our bottles. Good restaurants available in walking distance. Conveniently located close to Manhattan. Liked everything about this hotel except one thing. If more than 2 people stay in the room then there is an additional fee (extra guest fee) for the 3rd and 4th person who stays in the room. That might be their policy, that is fine. Overall very good hotel and highly recommended. We stayed here for 6 nights.

The room was clean but their were lights that were out and not able to be replaced during our 3 day stay. Also they advertise free parking but they only have about 30 parking spots in a lot. If you don't get one of those you have to find street parking.
