Expedia, we always booked to Holiday in the crew is very nice people especially free breakfast and a free shuttle bus to the airport.

Staff are very good. House keeping staff are also good and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is very good. We have free parking available. EV chargers available on site. We have 24/7 coffee available and 24/7 filter water available to fill in our bottles. Good restaurants available in walking distance. Conveniently located close to Manhattan. Liked everything about this hotel except one thing. If more than 2 people stay in the room then there is an additional fee (extra guest fee) for the 3rd and 4th person who stays in the room. That might be their policy, that is fine. Overall very good hotel and highly recommended. We stayed here for 6 nights.

The room was clean but their were lights that were out and not able to be replaced during our 3 day stay. Also they advertise free parking but they only have about 30 parking spots in a lot. If you don't get one of those you have to find street parking.

I got a free upgrade on my room The elevator was broken and had to be operated by staff

The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful, so if you're just looking for a place to lay your head, this is it. The neighborhood didn't look so great though. We didn't feel safe enough to venture out (we didn't have a car), so we had food delivered for dinner. Our flight was cancelled and this was the only hotel available that was somewhat close to LGA.

The micro-wave did not work either.

One elevator was not working

Hotel was fine. Loud traffic if your room is on front side. Our bathroom had no exhaust fan....steamy. Breakfast buffet was fine. Parking was easy and Free!

If you have to leave early make sure you don't get blocked in by the double parkers

This hotel is comfortable and convenient. Free parking and free breakfast are a definite plus. The location is ideal for jumping on the highway and going anywhere you want to go. The hotel is modern and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I looked forward to their hot breakfast every morning I was there. They offer a variety of common breakfast options. There is also a McDonald’s and Chinese restaurant next door, a gas station with a convenience store across the street and several restaurants across the street. I enjoyed my stay.

Super clean the showers are awesome

We have stayed here many times due to having family close by. The hotel is clean, has free parking, generously sized rooms, ample free breakfast and comfortable beds. This time we were on the second floor facing the highway. Though the room was very nice it was noisy and I had a hard time sleeping. I’ll stay again but ask for a room on a higher floor and facing the parking lot.

The parking was safe.
