Great for the value. Clean, decent breakfast, nice location.

Good

Breakfast was great. Locatu9n is a little deceiving if you're not a new Yorker you might think this hotel is right next to LGA airport and it's not.. Noise of patrons slamming the doors

Great place to stay

The view and the staff. Other guests were rowdy late at night

Very good

Front desk was a good experience and the place was very clean The noise. Housekeepers were very loud when I was trying to sleep but couldn’t at 8 am

The staff was very friendly, the room was nice overall, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. However, because our room was on the lower level, there was a noticeable musty, old smell as soon as we opened the door. Unfortunately, the smell made it difficult to sleep comfortably. We would really appreciate it if the hotel could look into this and consider using a light, fresh scent or air freshener in the lower-level rooms. It would make the stay much more comfortable.

The room was well knit and well supplied breakfast was Hot and Assistance were very engaging in helping you find additional stuff such as cream cheese. Parking is great since this is New York. It is right outside the hotel. I must recommend Vin the front desk staff who assisted in making sure that hot water and tea was available to myself unlike other hotels in New York.

It was good. Staff was great

Exceptional

Superb

Staff was nice

Your staff member, Louisiana, was vey professional and a pleasure to speak with

No space for parking

Needs more parking spaces, but otherwise good

Best Service!

This is overall an OK hotel to stay in for its proximity to other things but not for the immediate location. For example Manhattan is accessible by taxi at hotel rates far below the island itself. Not so much for public transport though.

Spacious Loved it
