Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodside LaGuardia Airport by IHG

Free breakfast No towels in bathroom, had to go ask. No shuttle to airport as advertised, had to pay for laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Employees were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge me.

Brand new hotel Parking on the street was competitive, F.D.N.Y. was next door, a lot of the spots were reserved for the fireman and it’s a main road: you can park but it takes a minute, although they have underground parking. I know they do. I guess you have to pay for it I’m not sure.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Parking was hard to find.

The reception was great, very friendly and personable, great check in, conveniently located for JFK airport, Manhattan and take outs / supermarket. About 10 minutes from nearest subway. Bedroom was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Area is mostly safe. Recommended. N/a

Nice, clean and the free shuttle was great. That booking.com charged more than twice what going to the IHG web site would have. but that was my fault.

The facilities and location were exceptional

The lady that helped us check in was great, she even gave us an upgrade which was really appreciated after having our flight cancelled! The room had a lot of space and my family really needed that after a long day at the airport ?

The we spent 2 weeks in a double queen size bed room and it was ok. The reception staff was welcoming. I know we spent 2 weeks but in there 2 weeks breakfast was the same and it was pretty bad. Only 1 day in these 2 weeks did they fry some bacon... There was a pancake machine ? but it broke on our 3rd day ‼️ The elevator is only 1. There are 2 but only 1 "works" and it is full so the wait is very long. And the main issue was the cleaning was strange. The hall was never vacuumed even tho we constantly saw the cleaning staff... and we kept our room clean but we wanted a vacuum every now and then... and we asked for cleaning maybe 3 or 4 times in these 2 weeks and i think maybe once the room was actually vacuumed. We did ask for clean towels and toilet paper daily and they were fast every time... but if you're precarious about cleanliness- it will be an issue.

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout the stay. We felt safe in this hotel, breakfast was great, and they have gluten-free bread if asked for. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Checked out before breakfast. Location was good. Bus stop was next door

Elevator too slow and only one side working

Rooms were clean friendly staff. The fact that there was only one elevator working made me feel upset.

Everything was wonderful, the manager upgraded my room because I had a situation on arrival with the room i booked to a suite and it was wonderful. Very comfortable bed and clean kitchen and living room room Bathroom. Location is a little sketchy, but it’s fine. There’s a supermarket and good transportation.
