this hotel is ideal if you’re a single traveler or if you just won’t be in the room much. everything is pretty out

Very nice stay and easy to park

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I booked this room specifically for the kitchenette, and it was very disappointing. The microwave and stove did not work, and all the cabinets were completely empty—there were no plates, glasses, mugs, or utensils of any kind. When I called the front desk, I was simply told the microwave wasn’t working and that if I wanted to heat my food, I should go downstairs. At 11:30 p.m., that’s not a reasonable solution, especially when I paid for a room with these advertised amenities.

The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean and functional. The shower heads need to be replaced. That's my only complaint. Other than that. Perfect

Breakfast option poor; no pastries. Only sugar coated fruit loops, bread or up of noodles. OJ was tang.

For where it's located and all the construction around it, the place was clean overall. A few cosmetic issue in my room and the fact the Mattress needed to changed, didn't deviate that much from an enjoyable stay. But yeah, that mattress needs to be changed. In fact check them all please..

Shower doesn't work and toilet paper is very limited.

The room was a decent size and the service was good. But parking was a challenge and the hotel had limited parking spaces for their guest, but I guess in NY, that’s usual. The staff was cordial, and overall my stay was good.

There was a 5 min train stop by and a gas station across street and felt safe ! Good for its value and that I felt safe was my major concern

Excellent location, close to public transportation, bus stop right on front of the hotel.

Wasn't clear on microwave- it was in the room but did not work - was told I didn't have the correct room type - but the microwave was IN the room - so bizarre. Would have really appreciated an additional mirror outside the bathroom - full length. Also the phone in room was non-functional - forcing you to go down 5 floors to make an inquiry.

Bed was decent and the bathroom was cool I checked out a day early and I they charged me full price would not refund me my money
