The only thing we didn't like was the tub and shower. They were separate, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in the tub and not shower.

Cancelled flight had me scrambling for a last minute room. It was pricey for the basic room it was. But it was clean, bed comfortable, spacious and quiet. Served its purpose.

The cleaning staff were amazing, the air conditioning was great. There are plenty of fast food places close by and a target to shop for necessities. The front desk clerks were there often communicating wasn’t the best but overall it was a good experience the bed itself seems to be not so clean as well as the pillows the view is amazing though.

I mean it was a place to sleep and it was not terrible There were cigarette holes in the sheets. There were various stains on the floor and the curtains. Actually this stay was not terrible from my point of view for a convenient one night. But I can see how if someone was staying here for a long spell it will be really underwhelming. Suitable for one night but not for visiting NYC properly.

I like enjoyed the culture of the Hotel Facilities location, affordable Latin American restaurants right by the area, there are several banks around: Citibank, Bank of America, Chase, etc. The day of check-in I was given a room at floor that was recently repainted, that the entire floor and elevator smelled so bad I could smell it going in room, had to cw

Good hotel for a day or two. TV was crazy and would not change channels.

The plumbing in our room was leaky. Some other guests were calling someone in the corridor in the middle of the night to let them into the room.

Train noise but we liked it. at first no wifi but fixed a few plugs didnt work - a refrigerator would have been perfect

I was able to check in early at no extra cost. Friendly staff. Need "do not disturb" signs to hang on doors
