Unfortunately, several problems during this stay were not adequately addressed despite repeated complaints. The toilet was not working properly from the first day and was not repaired promptly, meaning a trip downstairs from the ninth-floor room to use a bathroom. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with dirty floors and towels not being replaced despite repeated requests. Insect bites were another concern during the stay, although the cause was not confirmed. One staff member was particularly kind and helpful, but the overall response to complaints was disappointing. Management has since said it is willing to work with Booking.com on an appropriate refund, which I appreciate. However, a functioning toilet and a properly cleaned room are basic expectations at any price point and should not require repeated complaints.

We liked that they let us check in early. Breakfast was poor, not many choices. Our room had a bad smell and wasn't clean enough.

The overall stay was great. Housekeeping cleans the bathroom, changes the sheets if needed and replace the towels everyday. The free breakfast was filling and I love the coffee station. Employees were helpful and welcoming. The room is well-maintained. Basic toiletries are also available. Keep it up, will definitely come back again.

The location and value were great. The room is comfortable, but a little bit small. The breakfast was good, lots of options. The parking cost $40.

Cleanliness and breakfast was food To go to manhattan had to change a bus and a train so location bit off and on arrival a welcome drink would have been great had to purchase drinking water

Staff were great-friendly and helpful. During a hard rain, rain came in around unopened windows causing puddles all over the floor. I was transferred to a different room.

Good facilities and the shuttle service was very good, since the hotel is located a bit far from the subway Very poor breakfast
