It was excellent!

It's very convenient that they have a shuttle to drop you at an entrance to the metro, making it easy to get around.

Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The shuttle to the subway was less helpful than I had hoped. It ends at 9 o’clock and we were usually in Manhattan later than that so we had to Uber from the subway station.

The hotel was located in a run down area with nothing to do around the location. Not enough towels, toliet paper and room was very small. Location is not appropriate for a hotel

Somedays they skip cleaning the room - the outside locality is not family friendly

It's quite, fun, and has a lot of room with a fridge and a TV. It's the perfect hotel to stay in.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and polite, the breakfast was great and everyone enjoyed the food, the air conditioning was good and everything was nice 🔥🔥👍👍👍👍

Hotel czysty, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Lokalizacja nieco na uboczu, ale darmowy shuttle codziennie dowozi do stacji metra. Obok hotelu są też przystanki autobusów i można bez problemu dojechać komunikacją publiczną. Śniadania jak na amerykańskie warunki całkiem sensowne. Kawa, herbata dostępne bezpłatnie w automacie przez cały dzień. Widok z okna - obłędny. Polecam.

Great breakfast to start the day, good location. Staff & hotel were great, very clean. We never had our room cleaned during our stay, but we weren't worried as only there a few days, so grabbed our own toilet rolls & clean towels from reception.

No hot water in bathroom… have to change room in the morning… got delayed by an hour or more for my appointment. Drink water dispenser was empty, when asked staff, I was told it will be refilled next day morning. Also staff commented water is complementary not an amenity

My husband and I stayed for four days, and everything went perfectly. There was a bus that took us close to the train stations so we could visit more distant locations. It was a great experience—plus, it was affordable and very clean.

Good hotel

The staff was helpful, the shuttle service was helpful. The location was not great. In the ghetto and hard to reach with public transportation. It would have been great if the shuttle offered more than just one drop off/pick up location.
