It was too late and the items were not enough

Staff was great, room was big. The sofa bed was loud, the regular bed was too small for two, and the location is a bit far away from amenities

Nice location , good value for money , Greenpoint , close to Nassau Ave with the park. . Good neighbourhood, nice bars and restaurants. You need a cap to get to Manhattan.could invest in a new air condition , beside that all very nice Air conditioner far too loud

The location is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our room was on the first floor, and it was noisy. Next time, we’ll stay on the second floor.

Staff: I received a call on the room phone from the front desk associate (male voice) at 7am the morning after my son's wedding - Sunday, August 23. The person said, in a demanding manner, "due to inclement weather we must inspect the room immediately for water leaks." I sent this person to where he belongs and hung up on him. I was hoping to get some sleep after a busy night, and this irresponsible person woke my wife and me up and didn't even apologize for it. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Room: small and claustrophobic room in the basement, for the same rate as regular rooms on the 3rd floor. If the basement rooms have water leakage issues, they should not be assigned to guests until the issues are properly rectified. If there are larger issues with water compromising the structural integrity of the building that require immediate inspections of the basement rooms occupied by paying guests, the matter should be referred to the NYC Department of Buildings for a thorough inspection and evaluation of conditions. Happy to help initiate the NYC Department of Buildings inquiry on behalf of building management. Overall experience: not good. I had 5 room reservations just in my name - for my friends and family, and in total, the overall wedding party booked 12+ rooms at the hotel, giving the hotel a lot of business. I'd think the hotel staff's attitude and attention to their guests was not adequate, and the waterproofing condition of the basement and the overall building raises concerns. Something the General Manager should address, and soon.

Underwhelming service, didn't meet expectations. Potential issues with hotel's structural integrity.

Check in and check out were easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Ample towels. A/C easy to adjust. Tub is a nice feature. Another mirror or two in the room would have been nice. Traffic (trucks) at night were a bit noisy (we were on the 2nd floor). Breakfast was a bit limited. Bar was not operational.

The loft suite room had a good deal of space. It was in a safe neighbourhood. The people working at the front desk were pleasant. The pictures of the loft suite showed two work stations (a desk and chair in the bed area and a desk and chair in the couch area) which was great as we were both planning on working from there. But the loft suite had only one desk area (it was by the couch and the area in the bedroom simply had a dresser) so we could only work comfortably one at a time. The prints in the room were nice, but the hand-drawn marker drawings cheapened the space. The room was loud since the rooms are off the common-areas you can hear everything outside the door so it is good to have ear plugs.

We absolutely loved the vibe and overall appearance of the hotel and bedrooms. A microwave would have been nice, but it didn't ruin anything.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge, tons of closets, amazing vibe, incredibly high ceilings, spotless and tastefully decorated. The location is very walkable and I would recommend staying here without reservation.
