We loved our stay. Even used the gym. It was nice to have a little kitchen in the room.

Stayed at this property in December and was great! Fast forward to this weekend and we had a business trip here and my wife and i were assigned a LL room by a very unfriendly front desk girl. The door was unlatched ( Broken latch)when we checked in and the interior balcony door was open. So security failure!! We then put clothes away and then both tried to get on conference calls on our phones, NO connectivity at all! If any of our family or friends had to call us for an emergency we would have been unable to accommodate for the 4 days!! We even have (different carriers). Proceeded back to front desk and unbelievably we were the only 2 people she ever heard of with phones not working underground. Tried unsuccessfully to connect with Wi-Fi for phones. Asked if another room was available that we could make our Thursday afternoon and Friday am calls and none were available! But we could get changed possibly Friday afternoon after 3, well all our calls would be finished by then i tried to explain! This was not inexpensive, and we will NEVER stay there again. I am not ever a complainer and my reviews are 99 % always positive, but wanted to give heads up to any travelers who are needing to accomplish work at this establishment on lower level BEWARE! Hopefully they can train some of the employees HOSPITALITY!!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room room and bed.

My room was excellent. The cleanliness and tidiness were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the living area actually had throw blankets which were great. The bedroom was big and had plenty of area to place my luggage. The outside patio was quaint and delightful to sit.

Madre restaurant is only open for dinner and not at all on Monday & Tuesday.

Great stay. Will return.

Our room (206) was spacious with good AC and a comfy bed. The location was ideal for us as we wanted to be near the Greenpoint ferry terminal. The reception area is small and there is no breakfast offered but that didn't really bother us as we walked up to Radio Bakery for breakfast or into Williamsburg to Two Hands.

I wish we could have had a king size bed.

Great place to stay in Greenpoint!!

Feels like an NYC apartment more than a hotel. Convenient and cosy and comfortable, with kitchenette handy for longer stays. All of the ground floor and lower level rooms are very dark. Interior views and very little natural light.

Everything was great. Shower on/off was a little different and they could put a box of tissues in bathroom. But really, a great place to stay in Greenpoint.

You can see i am disgruntled. Last November I had to cancel my reservation (2 nights) because of my son's death. The management would not reimburse me, but promised me credit for a later stay. That was a lie. Three months later i checked in assuming that i had a reservation for 2 nights, but after the first night i was told, rather unceremoniously that i should either leave or pay 500$(!) for another night. Setting aside the ridiculous overprice for such a mediocre accommodation (i think a rate of 100$ per night would be too generous for what they offer) i was struck by the callous attitude of the management. I think businesses such as this should be put out of business as soon as possible. You can help to do this.
