Decent hotel to stay at, close to the metro station and easy to get to downtown. The staff member responsible for breakfast is amazing!

The location was absolutely amazing. The staff were all great. The facility was quite new. The response tike from the hotel was quick. Quite spacious for a hotel in new york It wasn't incredibly clean: we had a few spots in the bathtub and on the nightstand that were just a bit too dirty

It was an ok stay for a quick stay. The room felt humid and the bed was no comfortable at all but the room itself was clean and quiet I would have preferred more bedding. The comforter was just a thin blanket

Reasonably priced with minor problems but basically clean so a decent, affordable place to stay when we go to NYC for a Mets game.

Friendly and helpful staff, front desk open 24 hours a day, optional breakfast offered each day, reasonable rates (for New York). Room could be a little noisy, with trains passing by nearby (thanks for providing us with earplugs).

24hr reception. Free tea and coffee in the mornings. Staff very friendly. Close to 2 subway stops. Room was quite noisy with air blowing constantly through a vent but was fine with earplugs in. Area was a bit rough so at night could be a little bit scary if walking home.

My daughter got rashes because it was so dirty. The toilet handle was coming off and it was just dirty.

Room had a funky smell -- went away after turning the AC on but there was no other rooms available to be switched.

Room was clean, the area felt pretty safe and the subway is not too far. My only complaint is that the blankets are too thin.

Just the location, and some visitors were welcoming The Staff, Very unprofessional and rude. The Establishment has no structure i had to wait in lobby for 40min because the desk person didnt wanna wait to check me in for a $150 refundable deposit (not listed on hotel site) and they take very long to refund u back your money its been 30 days and my banks still has the transaction as pending
