Then the receptionist said i was upgraded to a queen size bed when i walk in the room it was a full size bed so no upgrade in reality.

It definitely could have been better cleaned and better maintained.

Clean room

The smell at the hallway is not decent. The curtains have terrible stains and are not completely closed. The shower curtain top is ripped and too small to cover the whole shower stall so after each shower, water is everywhere on the floor. I complained to the front desk staff after the first night about that issue but nothing changed.

The shower curtain in the bathroom was torn and was not changed even after requesting it.

Nice hotel, kind of far from the train station

No 24 hour coffee service as the receptionist said. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. No smart tv. Just cable channels. And full size bed

Bathroom is very weird Toilet unfit for me because wall very closely my face wow. No parking at Hotel's property parking lot but just parking at street that made me worry about my value in truck.

Left our luggage at the hotel before checking in. Luggage room was secure and I felt comfortable enough to leave it there for the whole day. Beds were comfortable and the staff were nice. One complaint is just the noise at night since the hotel is located near the tracks and subway stations. Overall great stay would come back again

Good enough for the price

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and the peace was impeccable.

A little overpriced considering how dated and inconvenient the location was. Staff were helpful.

Free parking, Right near train But not in the mix of the big city

This hotel is nice and did the trick. Bed was comfy, staff was nice, and it was close enough to the city to see things at the price point. We would stay again!

We were so pleased with our stay at the Feather Factory Hotel! We came to the city for GovBall and booked super last minute but the room was very nice and spacious. The shower was wonderful and my husband loved the toiletries provided. We both made good use of the complimentary tea and coffee and the reasonably priced market that had so many options for late night suppers or quick breakfasts. We also enjoyed their buffet breakfast one morning. It was all delicious! The staff were extremely helpful we were able to drop our bag off early and come back for ot after our check in time. And they were very informative about how to get to the subway (just a short walk a few blocks away from the hotel) and which apps to use to plan our travel throughout the city. Lastly even though the hotel is located near some railways we were not disturbed at night and I am a very light sleeper. We definitely plan to come back for our next visit and would recommend this stay to anyone!

The only thing that caught me off guard was them actually taking the deposit money instead of just holding my card. But other than that the rooms were nice staff was friendly and it was a great location to get us easy access to manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens! We will be back! Thank you
