This hotel was OK. Kept clean, but obviously bare minimal decor. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. Coffee was not very good. Our room had a large open space with one sitting chair which seemed awkward or incomplete. The shower soap dispenser was empty, so glad I always pack some. Staff was overwhelmed due to massive power outages in the area and all of the residents needed accommodations. We had our stay booked weeks ago to visit family. Very noisy room due to the highway very little sound proofing or buffering. Not a restful sleep. Unfortunately this stay was not our best Hilton experience. I Realize people were displaced due to the power outages which was unfortunate for all.

First time staying at spark hotel and it was the best experience me and my family had. Will be planning future trips at this location.

Great hotel for good price in very convenient location.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. They were very attentive. The breakfast was great. The air-conditioning worked well the room was spotless. Everything worked in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked me about it.

We loved our stay at Spark. We stayed here for our ski trip at Roundtop and it was close enough we were also able to explore Harrisburg PA! My daughter loved the pool, we were able to grab staples at nearby grocery store and a burger for dinner at nearby restaurant. We would stay here again when visiting nearby attractions!

This property had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway in nearby Hershey. We will be staying here again in the future.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in room 122 had gotten in very late and we’re on a different time. Zone and sleeping in was difficult. Lots of noise from housekeeping/ guests slamming doors in the hallway. Was also hard to tell who worked there many workers did not wear uniforms and were in street clothes.

I would take the "Hilton" name off the logo! Very disappointed with my stay.

The tv selection was great with Netflix, YouTube, hbo max and more. I just didn’t like that I couldn’t mirror my phone screen on the tv but it wasn’t that big of a deal, still enjoyed the television. The bed was also very comfortable and the pillows were very soft

Very clean, very well maintained, very nicely laid out. Great stay!

It was ok for one or two nights

Everything feels very clean, TV had my name on it which just felt special. There is construction going on and getting out of the hotel during the day is kind of a mess but that’s not their fault.

The staff and room were excellent.

Having a hot breakfast, professional staff, clean room and welcoming stay is what keeps customers like me coming back. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll send recommend to others.

The room had a musty odor and the bathroom was a disaster. We were given a handicap accessable bathroom that was poorly maintained. The curb-less shower flooded the entire bathroom floor because the center floor drain had apparently heaved and is higher than the rest of the floor. Again, nobody around at the front desk to bring attention to the problem. This problem didn't develop overnight and I'm certain that management knows about it. The room we were given should not be used until the floor drain problem is repaired.

Breakfast needs to be a better selection we paid 470 for 2 nights which is very high and breakfast wasn't great

But there wasn't much noise and I got a very restful sleep. The facility is very neat and decent! I would stay again..
