Clean room .

Room was fine and hotel was good. Issue was our shower handle was broken and was a struggle to get water correct

It was ok-tv was confusing but breakfast and coffee was good

Convenient to family. Safe. I was there from Sunday to Wednesday, never had any housekeeping. Pool and hot tub closed my entire stay. Noisy people in halls . Uncomfortable chairs in room for short people. Toilet very low also.

It's a nice hotel with a good continental breakfast set-up and very nice rooms. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with the card-reading system and I had to be let in to my room twice and the pool area once but the staff was efficient in assisting me with this as well as being upfront and proactive (the front desk clerk came with me when I first checked in to ensure I had access to the room). The pool wasn't heated and was fairly cold (in July) and the hot tub wasn't hot at all, tepid/lukewarm at best, but the room was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay because of the room, continental breakfast and exceptional staff.

A coat of paint does not cover up a bad hotel.

Breakfast was a joke. Toliets clogged from just pee. Ice machine had a list of ways to make it work but none worked. Literally had a list posted to it to tell you how in multiple ways to try and make it work. But late night staff was kind and helpful to the best they could be to this half ass hotel

The room was clean staff is very helpful. Air-conditioning worked very well easy In-N-Out.

The hotel was easily located. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The amenities were exactly as stated. The rooms were clean and as described. It was a great stay!

The location I had ants in my room and the pool did not work the purpose of me staying there is because the amenities had a hot tub and they pull and if I knew I was going to be sleeping with Ants I would have went camping

Stay was nice. Most of the staff was really helpful with the exception of the night staff. Night staff was not friendly or welcoming even ignored me several times when greeted. Good hotel clean, rooms spacious, water pressure great and hot.

It's a nice hotel, however, there are no dressers just 2 small shelves in the closet. There was no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast bar consisted of only waffles and bagels, some cereal and yogurt.

There were ants in room 315. They were on the night stand. I didn't report it so staff couldn't address the issue. I didn't want to inhale bug spray. Not a management issue. It was my issue. Otherwise everything was perfect

Although recent upgrades we were on the 4th floor. Shower pressure kept going lower to fair during my shower in the morning. The on off was sticking out of wall not secured so aliitle hard to judge temp and turn. The shower did not recieve full water as some still came out bath faucet. No Ice bucket to use had to find one and breakfast is more continental one waffle machine so get there early. Clean room hotel clean just some things still could be better or fixed. Would stay again but lower floor. Hilton could do better

It was just one night so I can't contribute a lot but the two minor things that occurred were: the lamp light was burned out and another bulb could not be replaced until the next morning and the toilet ran all night, a maintenance person came up to the room to fix it but the fix only lasted 20 minutes. Otherwise the room was fine.

The room is nice and big, that’s about the only perk.

Short stay... Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and bathrooms extremely clean and spacious. Definitely recommend. The price was amazing also!
