Has the charm of a roadside chain hotel. Perfectly fine but not a place you’d want to spend more than 2 nights.

One of the elevators was in and out of service, and the pool floor could use a re-do, but nothing disrupted us at all. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great, rooms are very spacious, great spread for breakfast. Also Medford has plenty to do itself if not heading to the city. A+!

We arrived early as wanted to enjoy the atmosphere and build up to the Scotland World Cup match. We asked to leave luggage but were given our rooms as they were all ready. Really appreciated the early check in. Breakfast each morning was very welcome with good choices each day. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. About a 25-30 minute walk to the train station but felt safe walking even at night. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if fortunate enough to visit the Boston area again

Elevator out of order all the days we were there had to walk 6 flights of stairs every time family member has heart condition and it was difficult for them to walk up and down every time we needed to go downstairs, will never stay there ever again

Convenient location. Great free parking. Breakfast was very good. Coffee excellent. Room was large with comfortable king size bed. Elevator not working properly was the only glitch.

New renovation. Second time staying. We were very happy this time.

Both the lifts were not working the entire stay so had to climb 7 floors daily. Staff were really terrible, unapologetic and rude. Worst Hyatt experience of my life.

Nice breakfast. Great location to visit grandchild at Tufts. My internet search requested no parking fees yet we were charged $15 for overnight. Please change your internet profile to reflect the reality. That said, many downtown hotels charge a lot more...

It's a little too far to walk to the T metro so used Ubers everyday to get to Boston. There were 3 of us so it was easier to do that than Uber to the T metro station then use the metro. But the hotel was really nice and worth the stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Clean enormous room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great breakfast. Excellent location for Tufts parents.
