Front desk were super sweet, but very strong acetone smell was a major headache issue. But they are under renovations so understandable! There was also a group of males from India that wouldn’t stop trying to talk to me they were in and out of the elevators every time I went in them and a group in the lobby and they were from all different floors, felt very unsafe and felt bad for the one female working night at the front desk. But overall the room is VERY spacious, clean, and I would return for the hotel itself!
-
Bathroom near lobby was very messy and had no toilet paper at 7 in the morning
-
The only negative was that there are only two elevators, and both are quite slow. At one point, it appeared that one of the elevators was stuck on the 5th floor, so there was a wait to get on the only working elevator.

The stay was good. But some of the staff was rude when we asked for supplies
-
Great location, close to Boston Logan, restaurants and shopping areas. Convenient parking, but they charge $15 per car. Overall a good stay!

Our flight out of Logan was cancelled until the next day. Our flight was at 0900. I immediately got on Expedia and was looking for a hotel, I chose the Hyatt in Medford because we are familiar with the area. I booked it online and called the Hyatt and asked if by chance we could get in earlier than 4 pm, the gentleman at the front desk said when you get here we can see if anything is available. We got there a little after 12 noon and we were allowed to check in about an hour later. That saved us, as we were exhausted from traveling and frustrated with the airlines! Kudos to your staff!!

Amazing breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful

So good for family.

The room met our needs, and the breakfast items were good. There were a couple of electrical issues in the room with the sink mirror light not working and the microwave sometimes losing power. The refrigerator also was missing a leg so it wobbled whenever you tried opening it. One elevator seemed to not be working the last two days of our stay so it took a long time to wait for the other elevator with room on it to get on. The hotel is also not too close to a train stop so it was inconvenient for catching a train into Boston. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
-
The hotel is a nice property overall. However, one elevator and both ice makers were broken while we were there. The staff was not welcoming or very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location is good, but we were somewhat disappointed in our stay.
-
Under construction and we were not informed. The elevators didn’t work and there was construction debris everywhere.

Very disappointed and frustrated with my stay at this property. I always love staying with Hyatt but now will rethink this. First off they did they not warn us about ongoing renovations, which impacted our stay. Upon entering the parkade we were in the pitch black, then one elevator did not stop or allow us to select the floor we were staying on (2). Given this we had to use the stairs and we had to walk through and around renovations on the first floor to get to the lobby. The air conditioner in our room did not work well, it got very warm in the middle of the night. Getting to our room was inconvenient and you had to go outside to get to the indoor pool as a result. And lastly, the multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card!! I paid 2 months in advance of my stay through Expedia and the hotel made 3 charges on 3 different days to my card. After several phone calls most of the charges were reversed, however I didn’t even get a call back. I had to leave multiple voicemails. Not even an apology. And then the last charge did not get reversed and I assume it is an admin charge. As if! What nerve. I have argued the charge and now have to wait for a new credit card, talk about inconvenience! Will never stay again. Awful business practices, very unethical!

Everyone was nice and helpful throughout my stay. I would recomd this hotel to family and friends

The room looked clean but during the middle of the night I woke up itchy. The next morning I woke up to find bites all over my body. I had the staff changed the sheet sheets and the next morning more bites. They kept appearing every day and came to find out they are bedbug bites. After I got back home, the bite stopped multiplying. Do not use this hotel!

Mais la grandeur de la chambre était parfaite. Avec le petit salon.

Adjacent to an interstate, there was a constant hum. The breakfast and the staff were fine.

Rooms were good, breakfast was fabulous, checkin experience was nice. Only downside was the elevators , for a 8 floor building having only one elevator working on a busy Sunday morning was really inconvenient causing us to wait for almost 20-25 min for elevator and as carrying a stroller there was no choice :(
