Compass by Margaritaville in Medford

Our stay was great the first time. Then we returned a few days later after visiting friends & staying in WA. The second visit at your hotel was great again. Thank you so very much for making our trip so enjoyable.

Exceptional

Very modern, fresh appeal from this establishment. The room was amazing and it was so nice to have an up to-date bathroom with amazing lighting for applying makeup, etc. The breakfast buffet was top notch. I actually looked forward to waking up in time for breakfast each morning. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. A bonus of my stay was the lovely fragrance that greets you when entering the main lobby. If only I could bottle it and take it home....

Staff were nice, room extremely clean, my dog was welcomed, very nice place.

Breakfast was excellent. Love the cheeses and fresh fruit. The hot dishes were also delicious. The serving area was clean and the food was nicely displayed. Loved the breakfast drink choices, too.

The elevator was broke all weekend and then when I wanted change my room to a double queen they charged me $200

I really like the bright colors and modern decor. The room was clean with toiletries and keurig. Staff was very kind and cheery and there is a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was great. Only downside, the water pressure was difficult to rinse my hair and one of the elevators was out of order.

Unexpected morning exercise due to both elevators not functioning. 2 trips down and 1 up, gives you pause on staying on the top floor. Also, evening meal had fewer choices as they were out of 4 of the main entrees. Room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate.

Close to conveinces Elevators were broken Water pressure was horrible in the shower View of parking lot horrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very clean and comfortable, with tasteful travel themed decor that gave it some personality without feeling overdone. Between the comfortable room, good food, welcoming staff, and convenient location, I would gladly stay here again.

Wife and I stayed on the 4th floor for 3 days. Elevator was out of service for most of the stay

Nice greeting, good front staff. Broken elevators. Room was very dusty where the AC vents blow onto the furniture, but everywhere else was good (honestly wouldn't have noticed it as quickly if it weren't over the coffee pot)

It was okay. nnothing to write home about. Eggs were not great and the sausage was dry but the staff was very friendly so that was a big plus for Margaritaville. The elevators kept going out. We were on the 4th floor. Try bringing your bags up to the fourth floor not fun to say the least. They fixed them over night but in the morning only one was working. What would you do if you were in a wheel chair?

Incredible hotel, clean, and comfortable

宽敞明亮，早餐也不错。但是两部电梯全坏了。上下四楼全靠攀登。

Th hotel is next to a casino and it seems the people are parking at the hotel as overflow. This is the only reason we might not be back.
