The breakfast was very bad and I am not very picky about it usually. The showers had gunk in them and yellow stuff in the corners

Pool Cabanas to expensive and pool attendant was slow and rude to me . Maybe a second attendant on would be best.

The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast is decent. The pool heater was broke for the entire 4th of July weekend so that was a bummer. Bed was decent comfort I wish they had a hot tub. Staff was friendly

The staff was extremely friendly! The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was good. With great selection. Extremely happy with our stay.

This will be our go to hotel from here on out. We’ve never received such excellent customer service! Everyone from housekeeping to the bartenders were amazing!!

This is my new favourite hotel. I would come back to Medford (I live 10 hours away) just for this hotel. Amenities were insane, pool was amazing and the restaurant had great food. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean.

Everything was perfect. Right off the freeway which is plus.

We were driving from CA to OR to look at homes and needed a nice hotel to stay at while we were here. Found this one and was so thankful we did!! The hotel was so clean, beautiful and catered to their customers fully! The rooms were great, toiletries were all available and the food was awesome ! The restaurant inside the hotel had great food and was priced so fairly. The free buffet breakfast was one of the best compared to other hotels. We will absolutely be staying here again!! The staff was so helpful and friendly as well! 10/10!

Really, really could do with a hot tub (and a warmer pool) and this place would be the total package. Cherokee at check in was fabulous and was very kind to my son as it was his birthday. Same in the restaurant that night. Loved it - and I’m extremely fussy! ❤️
