The breakfast was amazing ! By far the best we have had anywhere.

This was a last-minute stay, and we thought it was wonderful from the moment we got there. Food and bartender was amazing in the evening room with clean definitely will stay again.

Great hotel stay! Clean, well-built, fun decor, and the breakfast is so much better than usual hotel buffets. The pool was great and everyone was sweet to our pup. Loved it!

We Stayed here twice in a two-week period. We live in California and our grandchildren live in Oregon. Medford is a halfway point to meet. This hotel was such a family friendly place. We really enjoyed our two separate stays. The kids loved staying at the hotel and swimming in the pool.

We only stayed in the hotel for a few hours. Overall the room was ok, but we found someone’s hair in the bathroom which wasn’t nice.

The amenities were awesome! The pool area , bar and grill, fitness center were phenomenal. It could be a tad cleaner the mirrors in the gym could be cleaned better along with the floor . Other than that the hotel itself was clean!

Children at the pool, no fun for couples. Pool area was not being serviced, no fresh towels or regular picking up after the guests.

Loved this place! Super dog friendly, nice Margaritaville theme without being over the top. Very clean rooms and common places. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Always stay here when we are in Southern Oregon. So much to do onsite, great location and wonderful accommodating staff.

This is definitely a family hotel. Not a quiet stay. Nothing special about the pool but restaurant and bar pool side was nice. There weren't any adult only sections, so the noise of happy energetic children was part and parcel. The noise went well into the night. I would have loved it as a young mother looking to have fun and entertain my kids at the same time. As an empty nester, not so much. Clean and comfortable but didn't really live up to the price.

Clean room, staff and breakfast

I needed a hotel for one night on a road trip and randomly found this property. It was absolutely bizarre to feel like you were in the Florida Keys on a tropical vacation when you were in fact in Medford, OR., but I was not angry about it. The pool was fantastic, the bar/restaurant service was top-notch (and also delicious), and the rooms were well done. My only issue was the bed -- very, very firm -- I ended up having to take advil overnight bc my back hurt. Though, that's just a personal preference, so don't let it be the reason you don't stay here! If I'm passing through again, I'd definitely stay here!

Everyone was helpful, breakfast was good Our room wasn’t clean. Water bottle caps on the floor, hair in the shower. Bathroom floor needed to be swept Beds were good tho

Perfect place to stay. Staff was so accommodating. Great breakfast. A lobby that you could hang out with company and have coffee and tea. Close to hospital a few miles away.
