Hampton Inn Medford

It exceeded our expectation. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who kept the breakfast items stalked did an amazing job. Our 7 year old granddaughters loved it!

Centrally located, clean.

There was a piece falling off the air-conditioner. The shower head and around the tub was pink mold. The shower head really grossed me out so much that I didn't bath or shower my grandkids after I noticed it. Figure we will not stay in a dirty room again.

Great laundry facilities. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

The breakfast was fine. Noise was very bad. The people above decide when you sleep or get woke up. You can hear talking through the ceiling clearly. And every footstep, and everything else. Very thin ceiling. The beds are broken down bad. And it's not the cleanest

There was an ant infestation in the room The AC kept shutting off automatically through the night so we kept having to get up and turn it back on There were stains on some of the towels and sheets, It made it hard to know if things were clean or dirty The initial front desk staff that we interacted with was not the most polite

What I liked about the property was that there was a coffee shop in walking distance and a DQ in walking distance from the lot

Plenty of parking and a very nice restaurant across the street.

Very nice place to stop like we did and then move on the next morning or to stay in Medford

The breakfast is always the best, the rooms & all are clean, staff is who I would want to work for me, plenty of parking. Safe area. I always stay only here at Hampton Inns.

The staff was polite. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was out of order and was still charged the same price. Also the bed was creaked when you moved. Also there is some kind of camera attached to the tv in the room. Unsure if it is recording people or exactly what it is for.

The quality of the room, beds, etc. The television was easily navigated. I prefer standard cable tv for my rooms. The beds were comfortable and the AC was quiet and efficient. The shower head was mounted too high and the spray pattern was inadequate, after attempting to adjust.
