Very comfortable. Rooms are very spacious, staff friendly. Overall a great stay.

It was clean and convenient

First room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Next room, beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast is very limited. The pool was nice for the kids.

Being a handicapped person with a wife and a dog it was amazing to get ADA room with a king bed for our family to share a room. Thank you again…

Okay stay for a quick night or two. The carpet definitely needs to be updated as do the bathrooms. Overall it’s a nice enough place, great to have free coffee and breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was small, but very accommodating. We really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar. The food was excellent.

Clean. Well worth the price. Breakfast was just okay. Pretty on par with others. We would stay there again.

No washcloth provided. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy.

It is a iconic hotel, well located and family oriented, but have rugs inside the property. Not suitable for allergic sensitive.

The hotel is severely outdated and in need of some Repairs. The AC did not work, and they took money off the bill but never fixed the problem. The unhoused people in the parking lot were aggressive and fought over recycling. On a positive note, it was great to have a restaurant attached to the hotel with a decent diner menu.

Friendly staff, restaurant on site It is aging , but I understand they will be updating things soon.

We continually enjoy our stays here, the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are super comfortable, and very easy access to most of the things we like to do when in Medford. what is the .68 cents for on my credit card?

No coffee or water available in the lobby. Breakfast available at attached restaurant.

From the time you walk in the carpet is so dated and stained the room we got the bed was broken the room just did not feel comfortable please find another place to stay

The free breakfast is just okay, at least the eggs were warm. There was no TV service, when I called down they pretended not to know anything, but at breakfast next day everyone was complaining about it. Of course they wouldn’t reduce the rate! Not staying there anymore.

Location The front desk staff and I did complain to the morning shift the next day. I did not appreciate how the bathroom smelt sour as if the shower curtain had not been washed. I did take it down as I left and left it with the wet towels to ensure that they would wash it there was dirty marks on the floor in the bathroom. It honestly was the same as motel six quality of a hotel just no bedbugs.

We had a large pickup truck and found enough room to park it as well. We will definitely return!

The pool was awesome & the best hot tub at any hotel I have ever stayed.. very satisfied..
