Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

We were able to check in an hour early. It seemed very run down and not taken care of. The sides of the bed on the bottom were covered in black tin and anytime you barely even touched it made a loud cheap sound. Also there was prostitution going on in one of the rooms.

Nothing Everything

We actually had to quickly book this room, because the other place didn't work out, and it was wonderful. I loved the key locked doors, beds very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast is nice. This isn't TOO much of a complaint, but our family member that sleeps later missed the breakfast before check out, having it to 9 is a little odd.

Nice hotel , friendly staff the room was clean and comfortable although the shower head was low and at 6'1" I had to bow down quite a bit. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub to soothe her sore leg. The gym had a few cardio machines which were OK but the universal type all in one machine was old and junky. I didn't use the pool and it's close in location to many stores and places to eat.

The lady at the desk at the time of my check in was pleasant and helped me immediately with my issue. The property is an older building but they have done a good job and keeping it clean and tidy. Ample parking, variety in restaurants and a huge grocery store literally in walking distance. Good breakfast! Spacious rooms. The bed. Unfortunately the bed was so bad for my back. The beds have springs if I am not mistaken but mine was particularly uneven and was so uncomfortable for the whole night but that’s the only thing. The issue of homeless unfortunately isn’t the hotels problem. But yes there are occasional homeless people who may wonder around but this is a national issue and if the leaders worked for their people this hotel wouldn’t have to deal with this issue since they can’t control who walks around.

Clean room, nice staff, great location.

The room was neat and clean. Staff were very accompanying and friendly. The jets in the hot tub were too abrupt to use. The sauna worked. Breakfast was satisfactory. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

The gal who checked us out was helpful. She wrote down my concerns so hopefully they will be addressed, she also filled the coffee.. Desk chair in room was broken, placed with hard cafeteria style chair. TV in fitness room didn’t work. The manager just took the remote and left. Worst of all, the smoke alarm flashed off and on red and green all night. We were told that is “normal”.

Great, helpful staff. I couldn’t get past the smell though. It smelled liked nasty pet smell.

Just the quiet and the room size was nice. The air conditioner was the quietest I ever experienced. Ever!
