Parking with good plenty of parking. They had luggage carts but no elevator didn't make sense had to carry every item up the stairs. Floors and ice machine looked dirty.

We like the coffee the location is very convenient when flying in and out of Medford I don’t like booking through the one 800 number because I never get the room I ask for what I do it that way

its generally a clean, quite and well maintained community. the room has a door to the next unit which is very thin and dangerous. you can hear everything in the other room through the door. The managing guy says it's a conventional thing ? which is not a truth. If you have a service animal, they will treat them as pets directly. The manger is very rude.

I liked the location, and the price was pretty good. I understand that some of the rooms were newer, and I definitely had one of the older ones. I didn't like the smell of my room. I even stayed two nights, and it was just kind of like an old wet dog smell. I think it was the carpet. I understand that some of the newer rooms do not have carpets. I had a suite, and it was not one of the newer ones. I also didn't like that the hot tub was out of service!

This hotel has a great location and facilities are clean and quiet.

Room was clean, but stairs were stained and not good. Breakfast was good and being kept clean. Front desk check in was easy, but not personable , morning girl was very nice.

I was on the phone with Expedia for 2 hours trying to get a refund. They kept leaving my on hold and then hanging up on me. They said they were trying to get ahold of the front desk, my husband went in to see if she talked to them after waiting 30 mins on hold. She said she got off the phone with them and they never called?! Expedia said they didnt pick up (front desk). Very irritated with the hotel and Expedia. Won't be doing it EVER agian!
