Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Conveniently located by the freeway, Food 4 Less, and food restaurants. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” Old, but functional. Convenient if you’re on a budget and want to check out the surrounding areas like Crater Lake NP.

Hallways were missing some base boards. Staff is very helpful.

Parking was just steps away and the breakfast was excellent. Plan to stay at this location on future trips!

very clean room

The room itself was pretty clean. The hallways and carpeting and exterior were very dirty. When asked for extra pillows, they denied me and the pillows are very small like little square pillows. It was not enough pillows. The front desk staff was like no sorry we don’t give extra pillows. I felt that to be kind of offputting.

It was an older property. Basics there. Restaurants near by.

Staff were helpful. The rooms were generally clean and bathroom showed no sign of mold on grouts. However, the hallways and stairs appeared to be not clenaed and the room stinks! It smelled like unclean feet! Have to install a car freshner on the AC vent to alleviate the smell.

One step up from a motel 6. However the bed and linens were nice.

Room was very old but it was clean. Sheets were clean. Parking lot was rough, wouldn’t want to be out there in the dark. Breakfast was none existent. We went down it 8:40 and eggs were empty.

Clean room, efficient checkin and continental breakfast with lots of options.

My wife and I arrived at 2:45 after a 5.5 hour drive. Female at the front desk confirmed my reservation and said they would not have a room ready until 4 pm at check in time and said I would need to come back at 4 their check in time. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY CHECK IN IS AT 4pm. Every single website says check-in is at 3pm. It’s already insane that we don’t even get 24hrs for what we pay for hotel rooms, but don’t stand there and try to tell me I need to come back in an hour and 15 min. So instead of arguing with the girl, I waited until the next customer walked in (about 30 min) and crazy enough a different staff member checked them in and miraculously the female was then able to accommodate me. Had a second poor interaction with a different male staff. Poor service all around.

It was good to stay in there

The facility and the room were clean! The front desk staff was friendly and informative. He was also very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, we didn't spend time in the pool or the hot tub but we did take a look at both of them and they appeared to be very well maintained. The pool, sauna, and hot tub hours were great! Not too early and not too late!

Property was fine but did have an old property smell to it. Point to note is that Property does not have an elevator.

Location No elevator and the stairs were very narrow and somewhat dangerous especially carrying heavy bags.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I couldn't find my room, there was no help from the staff. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine did not work either. The shuttle worked great. Might stay again.

It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
