When we were assigned a you, we found the door open ,no pillow cases. When addressed the staff reacted quickly and corrected

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Was thankful to be able to pay to leave a vehicle here while we flew out of the country. Cheaper than airport long term parking.

Great location for free 24 hour transportation to the airport!

Very accommodating front desk staff and prompt airport shuttle, clean rooms with comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed daily at outdoor tables in the cool Medford air. Would recommend to anyone coming to southern Oregon as a great jumping off point for all activities around.

The room was clean and it was continently located right off the freeway. Someone was smoking in a room down the hall and the smell was coming into my room. I was staying with my infant daughter who was only 5 weeks so I was pretty upset about this.

Everything was fine. We had a nice stay.

Clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Breakfast space is a bit tight but is manageable

The room was comfortable and clean (except for the long black hair in the sink; not ours). The kids in next door room were noisy until late & up early -- could easily be heard thru the walls. Pleasant front desk staff. Motel easy to find, off freeway. Cost was moderate.

Bathroom was a bit dirty Pillows were too fluffy for my liking… had to use a sweater (something flatter)

Well located right off of I 5 Highway. Rooms were spacious and clean. Check-in was easy with a friendly receptionist. Bonus of a complementary breakfast.

The hotel itself was a bit run down. The room was decent except the shower didn't work.

Exceptional

Room was fine. The building looks like it’s needing some TLC. Interior walls look a little banged up. Room floor needed mopped and the lamp wall sockets by the beds are in need of change out Cords wild hang loosely. Front door was sticky/friction shut. Though it appears they are non smoking, the facility has the stale smoke smell. For the cost and really just needing a bed it’s okay. Would not stay for business…. Just for passing through.

The air conditioner worked flawlessly but the covering is broken. The front dest staff must have responded to customers' requests about the air con unit not working countless time by now, as the staff knew exactly how to jiggle the cover to make it work without even thinking about it. It is time to replace the cover now.
