Exceptional

The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for our family of five. The location was great and easy to find and right next to Arbys. Breakfast was delicious. However, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Arthur. We arrived later than expected after a long, exhausting day of driving, and I was honestly tired, grumpy, and ready to just get to our room. Arthur’s professionalism, warm attitude, and efficiency made the check-in process incredibly smooth. Within just five minutes, we had our key cards and were on our way to our room. Excellent customer service like this makes such a difference. Thank you, Arthur, for making our arrival so pleasant! NA

The front desk staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was generous and included gluten free options. The location was close to the freeway. Well, there is a reason Medford is also known as “methford”. There were a few (3) sketchy characters hanging around outside and in the lobby when we arrived. They didn’t look like hotel guests.

Room was not cleaned properly found hair throughout the room. Elevator was not working didn’t offer no assistance or first floor accommodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was spacious and the bed and bedding were comfortable. But it is in desperate need of an upgrade. The floor was a fake wood planking but the edges of some of the planks were broken off. The chair to the desk was some kind of vinyl that was ripped in several places. It should never have been left in the room. The door to the room did not close unless you shoved it quite hard. The same with the bathroom door. Hopefully an upgrade is in their plans.

The walls of the hotel were paper thin so we could here our neighbors. The floor above our room creaked so much when they walked around it would wake us up. Over our 3 day stay, housekeeping did not clean the room once. There was no parking at all with some guests parking in an adjacent lot. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

I only leave bad reviews when truly deserved... Don't stay here. I appreciate the dog friendliness, but dog poop all over the walk area, and even on the parking lot, clearly from people scraping it off their shoes. Grit covered floor and shower was non-operational. Front desk staff (Fri 25th am) were rude and disinterested, at best. Shrugs and no apologies. Lots of traffic noise too. Not worth it even at the low price.

The hotel was a bit cheaper than I normally choose. With that came cleanliness, the best staff ever; went above and beyond! The parking lot seems unsafe but it is well lit and night shift monitors through cameras. I would stay here again and its not my type of spot normally.

Clean, comfortable, safe and affordable. It was centrally located, easy to get to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not much parking, they need to remodel the showers. More breakfast options would be nice.

The ad shows it has a complementary destination EV charger. Attempted to use it on our Tesla but it kept showing an error and didn’t work. I asked the staff about the EV charger and they said it was broken and needs replaced. Staff was very friendly
