Staff was great

The air conditioning was a very weak flow of cool air. The rooms claim to be dog friendly but the floors are now tile making it a hazard for our older dog to jump up on the bed. He won't sleep on the floor. The beds are very high off the floor also which worries me when he jumps off the bed. The bathroom was smaller then a tiny closet. Not good for elderly, due to a high bathtub to step into to take a shower. Nozzle to high up to adjust for most.

The room had no blackout curtains, so it was very bright throughout the night. It was also located right beside the highway, with an ice machine directly outside our door, making it extremely noisy. Between the traffic, the ice machine, and the light coming into the room, we barely got any sleep. Another issue was the bathroom layout. The sink was located outside the bathroom, in the bedroom area. This didn’t make much sense from a hygiene perspective, and it also meant that whenever someone used the bathroom and turned on the tap, the noise and light disturbed everyone else who was trying to sleep. Overall, the room layout and lack of sound and light control made it difficult for our family to get a good night’s rest. I hope the hotel considers improvements to make the rooms more comfortable for future guests.

the staff was wonderful and helpful

Wasn’t as nice looking as the pictures and the room had a smell we couldn’t identify. Like an industrial cleaner.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room(217). The on/off button was messed up!

Location was great. Hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was close to shopping It was noisy, the tub drained really slow, the toilet ran, no swimming pool or hot tub.

Excelente habitación

To start off, reached there around midnight, front office smelled like someone just had smoked weed. Room was horrible, toilet seat broken, barely any water came from shower. Room smell was ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just one of those places that you could shower and still not feel clean. Look elsewhere for accommodation. We paid $100 for a place that felt hourly.

The breakfast area is incredibly small but the breakfast is good - eggs and sausage, toast, mini muffins, cereal, yogurt. Juice and water are available all day from the machine which is nice. Nice location close to the highway and close to the airport and right across the street from a grocery store and gas station.

The hotel is older, but its cleanliness is satisfactory. The person who checked me in—whose name I can't recall—was very friendly. I will recommend this hotel.

The layout of the rooms made it challenging to get the luggage cart through the door, into the room. The elevator was barely large enough to fit the luggage cart on. The young man checking us in for the evening didn’t present the kind of image we have come to associate with Wyndham Hotels. Facial Tattoos, piercings in his nose and eyebrows … just doesn’t carry a professional appearance representing the hotel well. I’m not prejudiced, but the less professional appearance was off putting. This is not a Wyndham we will return to.
