Hampton Inn & Suites West Melbourne-Palm Bay Road

Everything was good except check in. When we arrived at 5pm after travling for 3hr the system was down and they couldn't check anyone in and had been down for about an hour at that point. There was no plan b for if that were to happen. After 45min. of waiting we left to go see family and when returning at midnight I ask and they said the system had come back up around 9pm but they had a plan b if it were to happen again. Then on check out day our key would not work do to the door scanner was dead. we ended up eating breakfast and when we were done it was fixed. The staff was helpful and kind during those issues. The room and the property was nice and we would stay again. It was just a little frustrating travling with two kids and one was 4.

Excellent property! The hotel is very clean, visually appealing, and well-kept. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and very good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family, and we will definitely return!

Beds were very comfortable and I love the blackout windows. Breakfast was a plus and I love having coffee available 24/7.

Breakfast was very bland eggs and chicken sausage then the usual yogurt and breads, had to ask for clean towels didn't get any kind of room cleaning all week.

Second time here and excellent just as the first. Clean room, easy parking, friendly staff.

The breakfast was tasty, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

My husband didn’t feel to great and they allowed us an extra hour in our room on checkout! Priceless. Will stay again

We stayed at 4 different Hampton Inns on our trip and loved them all.

Great location clean big room, i had the king room. So spacious. Great clean bathroom towels. Breakfast was just what you need, not gourmet but definitely enough to start your day. I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

The staff was just awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful.. Water in pool needed a little attention, however, it had just recently been subject to a torrential downpour but otherwise well kept.

Súper limpio con mucho olor en la habitación a limpio e entrado en muchos otros la peste a humedad es grande en cambio este nada que ver toso muy limpio la parte del desayuno limpio simple las muchachas súper atentas los del front desk súper amables en general se los recomiendo 10/10
