While the staff was nice. We did have one too many issues. We were given the wrong room at check in and couldn't get into the room we paid for until 2 days later. Then our room was cleaned only once and that was after we talked to staff. While we understand that these hotels are designed to only be cleaned every other day, only clean it once in a 9 night stay is ridiculous.

I stayed in room 230 and was bitten by bed bugs during my stay! I told staff and they sent someone to spray the room. I refused to stay in the room so they moved me! I believe they went on to still rent out the room!

Smelled bad and poorly taken care of

Stayed one night and was really impressed. The hotel was fully booked and clearly busy, but the staff handled everything graciously — my room wasn't quite ready at check-in, which is understandable given how packed they were. Once I got in, it was absolutely worth the wait. The room was spacious and spotless, and the AC was excellent — a must in Florida heat. For a single night, it checked every box. Solid Hilton quality and I'd definitely book here again

Great staff well maintained facility. Breakfast could use some really good or a better cook. Gym is small but great equipment.

Very clean room. And even though they clean every other day, housekeeping would knock and ask if you needed anything or would like them to freshen up the room for you

Clean hotel, helpful staff, in the cheap side, conveniently located, good for a quick stop in our drive back home, we usually stayed here.

Overall was a good experience. The parking is pretty good. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

Stayed here with a group for a conference at FIT. Location was great for our needs: easy drive to the university (~10min); we went to the beach in the evening and it was a bit further out but not a bad drive at all (~25 min). The rooms are clean and very spacious, and the kitchenette has a large microwave, full-sized fridge, sink, and even a dishwasher. All staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but I'm not sure why Booking currently has it marked as "wonderful." It's just a normal hotel breakfast. ;) No particular complaints.

I love this Hotel... I visit it ALL THE TIME.. breakfast is nice everytime.. always clean and the staff is nice... house keepers always on point and there when and if u need anything...

The breakfast was poor quality. I could barely cut French toast with a knife. The waffle dispenser kept breaking. The sausage was tough and had no flavor. Weirdest sausage ever. Bacon was see-through thin.
