Home2 Suites by Hilton Palm Bay Melbourne I 95

Exceptional

I think that woman at the desk is a horrible human being I know she's a migrant I am calling ice on her She took 50 something dollars for me for security there was no reason my debit card was up that paid for the room The carpet should have been newer or clean I stayed in the Marriott place And they were wonderful

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The room was very nice and clean. All the amenities in the hotel and the room were great. I rate it AAA+

Exceptional

Breakfast could surely use and update. The food wasn't great and no vegetarian options, even the eggs had bacon in them. Room was clean but there could be some updating done to the building as there are lots of cracks in the walls. But overall, good stay.

Our overall experience was above and beyond. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again.

Water pressure in the shower was low

Superb

It served the purpose. The breakfast was just okay. The wall paper was coming off the walls in our room. The pool was nice. The staff members were wonderful!

A1 experience! Loved my entire stay! Enjoyed everything. Any issue i my have had was swiftly resolved.

HORRIBLE. System was down and they won’t refund my money. ROBBERY

Staff were nice, room clean and comfortable. One complaint, tv wouldn’t come on. I told the maid who said she would take care of it. I came back to room and tv was on but remote still didn’t work. I had to unplug the tv so I could sleep

My stay here was long and very convenient. Check in was very fast and easy since she began to check me in before I reached due to delays in my travel. The parking was free and very convenient. Easy to navigate. Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great stay 10/10

Room smelled like an animal...

Staff was great. One room key didn’t work, no exhaust fan, broken bathroom door, light went off during showers. Breakfast was disappointing- dried sausage, only hard boiled eggs one day, no bagels another day, bananas were green and bruised.

This location is the best and provides for all your on the move comforts.
