Nice and clean, i enjoyed my stay

Toilet was clogged. Was told at the desk only one plunger on premises and m a intenance goes home at 5. Really how does that work. someone had the plunger in their room. Offered to move us but no.hard to believe that's how this place rolls.

Extended stay in America was an exceptional place to stay. The staff was more exceptional. Promote that young lady that worked the desk while I was there and Hotel will be successful.

Always a nice stay and value for the money. One trash can was not emptied. Floor not clean and should have been mopped especially after others have stayed in the room.

The pictures on the website were beautiful, until you walked into your room. The room has a old nasty smell, the bathroom was cruddy, the bed sheets are hard and scratchy with spots on the sheets. Do not waste your time at this property, I will not return. You will have a better experience at SpringHill suites across the way.

Ac was great cooking utensils I think u have to pay for but I haven't asked honestly... The 3 front desk clerks I dealt with were super amazing! Wish I remembered all there names!! Quiet not a lot of craziness given it's an extended stay we know what can come along with those.... I will say this one was even better than a hotel in orlando that I got into before which was a higher dollar hotel and let's just say things didn't work out how people would have expected and I wasn't the only one with an issue.. it was during a orlando event but anyways... I would definitely recommend for sure
