Staff was wonderful and room was great. One suggestion would be to have a change machine or option to pay with card for the laundry. It was kind of a hassle to go to the front desk for change at the opposite side of the building.

Excellent large, clean rooms. The breakfast was g ooo d.

In addition to Britany hotel was so clean and fresh. (Looked brand new ). Highly recommend and would happily go back and recommend to go to for the price we were very. Happy and grateful for the service

I must say that I highly recommend the Springhill. Very clean, spacious, the hospitality was great, and the Continental breakfast was awesome. I will stay again.

Would absolutely stay here again. Quick check in, hotel is newer and rooms are elegant and simple. Bathroom very nice and bed extremely comfortable. Great area you can walk to the Sprouts right across the parking lot and seemed like a safe area. Literally only thing I would change if they have those awful cheap one cup coffee makers that never work right.

Really nice clean rooms, staff was so helpful and kind, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific! I would highly recommend.

Our room was great, extra cold when we walked in, which was refreshing, bc it was hot out. I requested extra towels and foam pillows and they were actually in the room! My only complaint was there was No All Day Coffee. I pick my hotel chains based on certain conveniences. So this was a major disappointment. I asked the front desk regarding coffee, the woman behind the counter gave a response full of attitude “you have a pot in your room.” I asked for creamer and she said they didn’t have any. Such a simple, low cost item, that brings customers joy, this hotel is missing the mark.

Breakfast served daily covered the main food groups, nutritious and fresh. The serving areas were kept clean. The waffles were delicious and the food line was constantly replenished by staff which enabled guests easy access. The only issue with room was the A/C unit. At the lowest settings blew air directly across the bed, which was noisy and annoying.

Ac blows directly on you while sleeping. Staff did not clean room, refresh towels unless asked.
