Hyatt Place Melbourne / Palm Bay / I-95

I had several choices of places to stay at in the area. When I checked in, they informed me that there was a $10 parking fee. I did not see the parking fee listed or I would’ve stayed at a different hotel. Not happy with the additional parking fee.

I enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The free breakfast was not so tasty. My only disappointment in the room was the body was container was empty.

I have nothing bad to say aboit the Hyatt Place. The facility was clean. The rooms are spacious and if you are handicapp like myself the showers are very convenient. THE TRANSFER BENCH IS BUILT IN. Plenty of bars for convenience and detachable shower head. The breakfast in most Hyatt Place is complimentary and ive stayed in Poughkeepsie where its $11 a day. Truthfully its alright but should definitely be included for no fee. Its basic and a hit or miss. Overall staff has always been friendly and facility has always been clean!

Very convenient location right off I-95! Michelle at the front desk was super kind and helpful with the check-in process.

the overnight staff was rude. I said good morning and the guy just looked at me; he later left when the morning lady took over. The remote did not work, the tv was disconnected, the phone was dead, and there is no trash can anywhere in the lobby. the good things: the room was comfortable, the shower WAS AMAZING as the water pressure felt like a water massage, the breakfast was good. Now, I have stayed here before and the parking used to be free. The hotel now charges for parking.

We loved the girl at the desk, my husband and son loved her as well. She was very thorough

On Saturday the 25th around 1500. My wife and I came down stairs looking for ward to trying the restaurants food. The 2 woman at the front counter just looked at us laughing when I asked if they had a restaurant. The employee with glasses told me laughing that she was never trained on how to make the food or the other employee either. So they didn’t want to mess our food up if we ordered anything. This was very discouraging & not funny at all. Luckily there was a Golden Corral up the street. I will never book there again.
