We chose this hotel as a layover for a long drive. It was late when we checked in so I can't really comment on the amenities, but it was close/convient to the highway. I think when hotels allow animals they should be designated to specific rooms because there are some people that have animal allergies, I am on of those people. The first room that we were given smelled like, well animals. The front desk clerk assured us that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly; however, the second room we were given had several hairs in the shower. Also, there was a charge for parking which wasn't made clear when I made the reservation.

Everything was great. I would stay there again.

We have been here before. The hotel is great. However, when we visited before the breakfast was great. But this last visit 07/04/2026 it was very disappointing. They serve breakfast from 7am till 10 am. We went down at 830 and the breakfast bar was low. The oatmeal was bone dry, no eggs, no bacon, no fruit. I asked the front desk if they were bringing out more food. She went back and spoke to the lady in charge of the food whom did not restock it. She brought out a Lil portion of oatmeal and placed it on top of the old dry one, a few eggs and that was it. I have 3 children and all they ate was toast. Besides that everything else was good.

Location is decent. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure was great. Pull out sofa was broken, the whole point of paying more for that room. TV did not work at all. When we asked about the TV basically told SOL because maintenance went home. Stood at front desk for 8 minutes before we saw an employee to check in. I understand needing to use the restroom, but at least leave a 'BRB' sign. Went down for breakfast 45 minutes before it ended. Only food left were bagels and toast and we were told that no food was being made because only one person was cooking breakfast and that they were fully booked so obviously more people. Well. If you know you are fully booked maybe you should plan for a fully booked breakfast? We were told Starbucks machine is broken as well. No pool towels by the pool after 8:00am were ready.

The property was mid. I think the 10 per day parking is ridiculous. Best water pressure i have ever had at a hotel. The property was decent. Breakfast was just OK. The fruit was very bland and didn't even have a waffle maker.

Great price. Nice rooms. Very clean. Shout out to employee Brian for great service. Have booked here 3 times and every time is a great stay.

The location was convenient and the room was decent, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, nice that it was included. I had to pay for parking, while I understood the explanation, the fact that I don’t recall it being mentioned when I booked was a turn off. I like to know what to expect.

Unfortunately, did not disclose the new parking policies until after booking. Stayed at this location several times for business and was never charged for parking. However, they now charge for nightly parking which is extremely hard to find.

At check out, the front desk worker was more of the same, but a different person. I said, “I’m checking out.” and handed my room keys over. No, “How was your stay?”, “Have a safe trip.”, etc. The only words she spoke to me were, “Room number?” And “Do you need a printed receipt?”

Very nice. Cool, quiet, clean. I slept like a baby 😊

Good location and rooms, for the price was fine. Lots of little things that added up; no soap left in bathroom, room not very clean - blood stain on floor, no knives available at breakfast, when asked just told ‘no there were none’. Felt staff should really focus on the details to make it a great stay.

The overall stay was great the staff was very friendly and nice and the beds are super comfortable, i will definitely be staying here again when i plan another trip

Really nice but rooms, very clean, the gym was very nice and hand lots of free weights and good machines. Nice pool and lobby. The breakfast was a little different each get and good.

Terrible book your next stay and observe for your self, but in my two day experience at the hotel which I was supposed to stay for longer but there was a last straw for me when it came to order food from there restaurant for my family!!!! Why!! The food was expired rotten trust me I know your thinking NO WAY this is a great hotel well yes it would be if you had the right management and staff running it, but no the staff member in the am and pm both females both do not know what they are doing and are not shy to tell you Hyatt does not train us to make food or cancel food or sale any thing one of them does not even know how to transfer calls inside the hotel, half of a roll in the toilet room if you need another one there is no phone in the room wire taking off probably because they don’t want you call the front desk, but any way you take the elevator go downstairs ask the front desk for a roll and what does she say oh I don’t know where they are they don’t train us on these things maybe you have to ask housekeeping, well you say there is no room phone so I can’t she says oh yea manager takes the line out so people don’t abuse the phone I say well what happens in case emergency she laughs and says we all have cell phones!!! What!! Any way so I say ok yea we have phones so can you get housekeeping to bring me a roll guess what she says!! She says okay as soon as they get in the morning I will write a note for the can I have your room #, I looked at her stunned. Cont. 2 Corp
