The room had a damp, moldy smell.

The staff was great, friendly and welcoming,our room had everything we needed and was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good. Many choices available. There was a chemical smell that bothered my nose, but not my husband. Like carpet shampoo- which is great as far as being clean but it was overpowering to me, and I’m not usually sensitive to any smells.

The woman who greeted us at check in/ reception was excellent. Very friendly, polite and professional. She set the stage for a great stay. We were really impressed with her!

Dirty sheets at check in with hairs and sand grains. Rooms smell like mildew. Unfriendly Staff.

The evening clerk was great. The room was muggy, air conditioning didn't work well. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk could care less that I mentioned the room was muggy, and didn't ask how our stay was considering I told her we were leaving early.

Everything was pretty clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I have to say I've had better, but I've also had worse. How what do you really want in today's day and age. The room was clean, with plenty of towels. For the price you can't beat it.

The room we had initially smelled a little musty otherwise it was very clean. The saltwater pool was amazing. We switched rooms for better accommodations for our stay. It was a wonderful experience overall.
