Has a atm doesn’t work, has a deposit fee must have cash. Didn’t have floor level room nor has elevators for second floor if carrying luggage. Pool is covered and area not much maintained

Property could use a clean up, repairs needed and painting. I do not believe there was a working smoke alarm on the property. Furniture was broken. Deposit was required in cash. ATM in lobby out of order. Pool has not been open since prior to COVID. Receptionist apon departure was kind.

Location The property was unkept

The hotel not have wi-Fi

I booked the room, and it was a GREAT price! I arrived, thought it looked sketchy, but was surprised by helpful the staff were. It is an older hotel, so not alot of frills, but I found my stay to be comfortable and safe. Highly recommend.

Staff was not helpful with assisting with television until almost check out time and kept giving me the run around in and out of the room for no reason at all when all he had to do was plug up the socket to my room to activate the television

No wifi, 5 channels to watch mostly shopping. No coffee in the room.

Staff bad attitude small bathroom tv didn't work smell lik old clothes

Low guest wifi. But you can ask the staff for different network that works better.

The woman at the front desk was really nice. The room was clean. The neighborhood was a little rough.

Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn

Was close to the hospital and clinics and gas station and restaurants but the bad no coffee pot in room and pool not opened

Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!

It was decent for a short stay and the price.
