Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Airport

The pool was contaminated with algae and my kids were swimming in it and the hotel staff was clueless when I asked him. When was the last time cleaned or maintain they just shrugged their shoulders with the face expression of I do not know and then the bedroom’s bed has nasty yellow stains all over their mattress and I have pictures to show it

Staff was awesome. But y’all need to have more free water.

The ac was out in the lobby. They had loud fans running. The bar and restaurant was closed due to lack of customers the clerk reported. I have stayed here multiple times with no complaints. I figure the bar/restaurant closed due to lack of ac since it is in the lobby where it was very hot.

Solid stay. There should be free coffee.

Very nice and clean. Close to the airport and you can leave your car there and shuttle to the airport. It only costs $10/day to park your car at the hotel. Very convenient.

Nice property. Breakfast is not included inless you select the option. Also, I was unaware until I arrived to check in that there is a $10 charge if yo have a vehicle.

My third time staying! The only thing that keeps happening (all thre times) is that they wake people up early. Check out is at noon. There was a knock at the door right before 9. I could not get back to sleep. Is this done on purpose?

I did not have a reservation when I arrived and I need my money refunded.

There is no restaurant to order from. The person in the bar/lounge said it was too hot to cook and the food is not very good. Plan to order out or bring something with you. Would only stay again if I needed the airport shuttle!

Wonderful stay!

Overall hotel was fairly clean and staff was very friendly. Close to Graceland and that’s why we chose this hotel

Room 137 had wet carpet, smelled musty, a broken plugin outlet (my phone charger would not stay plugged in), smoke detector would flash every 2 seconds, I had to call the front desk 2 times to get the loud music turned down in the room next door, oh by the way I also got robbed!

No Breakfast Free

Love this hotel, we did park and stay for flying out of Memphis, Tn, they had clean rooms, great helpful staff. Shuttle to airport/pick up from airport when we came back was great! I would stay here again.

The first room we were given had a deadbolt lock that was broken and a telephone that didn’t work not even when trying to call the front desk. Our second room had dirty carpet (evidenced by the bottom of my slippers), a/c that alternated between freezing and barely cooling throughout the stay. Our room was not refreshed when we returned at 6:30pm even though we left the room at 11:30am. No luggage rack or surface on which our suitcase coukd be placed. The staff was friendly but I would not recommend this particular Courtyard to anyone. It

The room was stuffy. It was hot out and the air had a hard time keeping up during the day. The bathroom door would not close because the toilet was in the way and would not allow it to do so.

The stay did what it was supposed to do, and the staff was nice. Everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience.
