Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Airport

Location to places I planned on going to and superb staff Can’t think of anything

Very good

Bad

Love staying here before flying out of Memphis airport

I had a good experience

Very good

The courtyard was awesome the balconies love it. The entrance and lobby nice. Loved the gated parking. The restaurant was closed. Our rooms smelled moldy and damp with the carpet, bedding it even felt damp looked at ceiling had painted over mold spots. Air didn't work good. I went to use the restroom (number 1 lol) and it wouldn't go down and our toilet was stopped up all night mold around the bottom of the shower doors. You couldn't get a late checkout unless your a member. We had to pull our door really hard to close and push really hard to open. We couldn't not take the rooms because we got in so late we couldn't go and find somewhere else last minute. If it had been earlier would have found something else.

Excellent room will Definitely stay again!

Superb

Passable

The hotel offered airport shuttle pick up plus parking stay! Being charged for parking when I stayed 2 nights!

Very easy, secure gated parking

The bed was comfortable but the blankets were too small for the beds. The room was clean but smelled like they were trying to cover up something. Musty. The property was in a very undesirable location unless your on a layover. The pictures are not true represent of the location or the hotel. It felt unsafe. The building didn’t require a key to enter the building. The hotel is surrounded by by a gate that resembles a police station. Signing states park at your own risk! Staff was polite and seemed understaffed. We didn’t use the 24 hour shuttle because we rented a car. The place was run down to put it in nutshell. Didn’t see any other options as we were there for an Ole Miss event that all closer hotel’s were booked.

Everything was very nice quiet and comfortable Everything was amazing

Exceptional

They were extremely clean and very nice really great service. Would highly recommend cannot stress out how awesome the staff was.

Excellent stay!

pool was closed, green and half full

No free breakfast, in a very sketch neighborhood. No free coffee in lobby - had to pay for Starbucks. Paid $200 for a crappy hotel, in a sketchy neighborhood with no free coffee. I feel abused.

Gave my client a bed that was urine ridden
