Studio 6 Extended Stay Memphis Airport TN

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Not only was the floor and surfaces dirty but the furniture was old and pieces of the sofa were broken. There was a pungent cannabis, smell in the hallways and in the room. I had two towels and one of them was dirty. 1/4 of a toilet paper roll left. No glasses or cups nothing. There was even a bottle of Cleaning product left on the counter. Random things left in the room from the previous guest. The hallways and elevators were filthy. I contemplated sleeping in my car and ironically the fire alarm went off at 3 AM and stayed on for about an hour and a half while the fire department checked the premises. My dog and I slept in the car and only returned to pick up stuff we had left in the hotel room. I feel bad for the people that work there and are staying there. It’s pretty obvious that the properties understaffed. From the outside the property looks quite nice, but the inside definitely needs a complete due over. Whoever owns this property should seriously take a hard look at themselves.

Nothing The front desk girl was rude wouldn't give me her name or any information they didn't have any clean rooms gave me a key to a room someone was already in and didn't have any more clean rooms

Counter lady was very nice. And the maintenance man was very friendly. Outside was dirty and had trash everywhere, inside was very dirty and had trash in the hallways were full of trash and had very dirty carpets. The room carpets were torn and very dirty, the uncarpeted parts were very dirty. After taking a shower walking to the bed my feet were black on the bottom. My wife uses a walker and they put us on the 3rd floor, the elevator worked going up but would not work again until 9:00am the next dat to get her to the main floor so we could leave.

Nothing it needs to be closed down. Rats and roaches infested in hotel . The entire place is just nasty no clean covers sheets no tissue roaches crawling all through out the room .

The receptionist was kind and sweet. September 19, 2026. I do not recommend this place; it is disgusting and everything is very dirty. They claim it is smoke-free, but that is a lie. The bathroom was full of hair, there was no shower curtain, the floor was dirty, and the lamps were stained. It looked like the hallways hadn't been vacuumed in months. The only good thing is the customer service—the lady at the reception was kind and sweet. The photos bear no resemblance to the actual place, and when you arrive, you have to pay more than the reservation price.

Hello this motel should not be open I will need a refund because the roaches got in my bag had to throw it all away the room doors never open had to keep getting key remade and room was not clean

The room was dirty and while hotel ..... Rochester on my room and the smell .... they did have toilet paper it was a really bad experience.

Then there were the additional charges. The incidental hold was $75 rather than the $50 I have commonly encountered at other hotels. On top of that, there was a $2 electricity charge and a $10 housekeeping charge. If you are going to charge guests additional housekeeping fees, the hotel should at least look like it has actually been properly cleaned and maintained. This place was an utter, atrocious hot mess. I honestly would not let my dogs sleep there. Whoever is responsible for managing this property needs to do significantly better. If this location is part of a larger hotel brand, someone from corporate seriously needs to visit this property, inspect it from top to bottom, and make some major changes. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Handicap room worked great for us. Could tell that the room was smoked in at some point. Good value.

I booked this on Expedia. When I arrived at the property there was a sign at the desk that said to call a number. I called the number and they said they were full. I said I was already charged and they said to ask who I booked with for a refund. I never got a refund.

Cuándo llegamos al hotel y fuimos a hacer el checking para poder ingresarnos hicieron esperar como 40 minutos cuando nos dieron las llaves de la habitación que subimos hasta el cuarto entramos y el cuarto estaba cochino no lo habían limpiado. Tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos más para que nos asignaran otra habitación, pero la todas las instalaciones estaban asquerosamente sucia.

The hotel 🏨 was terribly dirty and around unsafe areas.. I had to leave the hotel and booked to an other hotel with a much safer location.

Completely filthy, broken furniture, roaches everywhere. Carpeting stain badly. DO NOT STEY HERE!!!! SMELL OF MARIJUANA AND CIGARETTES EVERYWHERE!!! staff unfriendly. Way overpriced for how nasty the place is!
