Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

The breakfast was kept up and fresh. The front desk personel were attentive and pleasant. The location was amazing and close to Graceland We were pleased with our stay and the price.

Love it will be back again

Great location. Staff was amazing.

If you are going to Graceland, this is definitely the place to stay. Don’t bother paying for parking at Graceland because The Days Inn is right across the street. MJ, at the front desk, is a wealth of information on the local area, and just a great guy to bs with. The property itself is obviously an older place, but it is clean and well maintained. The staff is great. I would definitely stay there again.

The prices I move my bed and it was very dirty behind the bed

Bed was clean and presentable.. bathroom was clean No kleenex, no floormat, shower floor was extremely slippery.. no coffee cups and the coffee maker was broke it was missing the piece to set the coffee in..refrigerator was not as cold as I expected

We walked across the street to Graceland.

Only the staff. The outside of the property was not appealing and going to my room was a very bad odor.

Very beautiful hotel however when I arrived I saw the same thing I would see in the hood and that definitely let me know what was inside I even asked the hotel desk clerk was there any roaches or bugs she said no I said please ma'am I don't want any roaches or bugs in my room she assured me there was none, so I got my key and soon as I opened the door it was roaches I flew up to the desk and it was closed and my car was gone just that fast, it was nothing I could do but call the police😭😭😭I will always follow my mind

Front desk staff Roads totally destroyed

Not the fault of the motel, but there was so much road construction going on and it was awful! Also, if there was more than one entrance/ exit to the motel, it would be easier. Very limited parking.

The owner apologised but it was disappointing customer service

Front desk staff was friendly and pleasant. The property outside seemed very clean. I am disappointed because the floor of my room was wet and dirty. I took off my socks to walk around the room and my feet were black. I grabbed a towel from the bathroom to put near my bed to wipe my feet before getting into bed. And it smelled musty.

The location Not much open at night

I liked the room decor, how safe I felt, and how friendly the staff were. I stayed for 2 days and I am planning on staying again. It felt safe for the neighborhood we were in. There were older people comfortably using the swimming pool and having fun. There were some knats in my room.

Located very close to Graceland. Staff friendly. We requested a bottom floor unit and staff were able to accommodate us. The only issue was the major construction going on in the road making it difficult to navigate getting in and out of the parking lot, but no issues directly related to the property
