The Guest House at Graceland

I liked the location because we were here for Elvis week, The shuttle bus was great. I recommend the pancakes on the a la carte menu for breakfast there is enough for two people We were not told of the times of shuttle bus Some of the staff were a bit unpleasant especially the man at the information desk no smile no greeting looked like I was bothering him . The socket in our bathroom did not work And the socket nx to the big mirror was loose

Friendly staff!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The rainfall shower was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the live music at night and the grab and go coffee stop was great. There are tons of places to sit and enjoy the grounds.

Every staff member were smiling and so eager to help with anything. Great movies and activities. On site restaurants were great. Very organized!

The staff were polite, friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Good sized clean room and an excellent location 10/10 would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Friendly, movies, pb&j, location. Shuttles to airport and Graceland. We liked the drinking water station. I would’ve liked popcorn at the movies, I would’ve liked if somebody came around the pool to see if you needed a drink. Your room service was a joke, they either didn’t answer the phone or didn’t have what we wanted… A simple coffee. Speaking of coffee… Why can’t you just have coffee and hot water in the lobby?

Super friendly staff, hotel was beautifully clean and tidy, outside spaces were immaculate, I loved Elvis playing in the background all day in the public areas, that kept everyone bopping and singing to themselves all day, very special. We did have one day that our room did not get serviced, not sure why, only at the hotel for three nights and two days so that was inconvenient, we did have to ask both days for more tea and coffee, so maybe keep up with the servicing a little bit more...

The stand out facility for me was the pool which was beautiful and just the right temperature. Our kids loved it. The free hotel shuttle to both Graceland and the airport was appreciated. We ate at EP’s restaurant which had really good food and was relaxed / family friendly. The hotel did not provide water instead attempting to charge £6 per bottle of water left in our room. For me, the evening entertainment (live singers) fell below my expectations. We sat there for 30min listening Elvis songs we’d never heard of and this felt like a missed opportunity. It felt like the entertainment was catered only towards the most committed Elvis fans.

Amazing!! We love staying here there is so much to do just at the hotel alone! The pool was great and the food was wonderful. Everyone of the staff was sweet and helpful! This is the best place to stay!!!
