We enjoyed the nightly movies, live music, variety of places to dine or grab a snack in the hotel. A way to socialize with other Elvis fans in a beautiful gated area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will stay here again.

The staff truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and appreciated. The atmosphere is elegant, welcoming, and filled with the kind of Southern hospitality that makes you feel right at home. It is clear that customer service is a top priority, and it shows in every detail. Thank you to everyone at the Guest House at Graceland for making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting Memphis. Five stars all the way! I even met Daniel Keough…….iykyk

Great experience!

Great places to stay, easy shuttle rides to Graceland. Everybody was very nice.

One little cringe was the nightly free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that the hotel present at 9pm. Now, this isn't a cheap hotel. You will be doing well to get a room for under £160 a night. Yet the resident queue for these sandwiches from 8.30 onwards and what you get handed is actually a half-sandwich, made from the cheapest bread, and the slightest spread of peanut butter and jelly (jam) imaginable! I found the queue and then the sandwich quite a toe-curling experience and NOT a 'tradition' the hotel should be proud of

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Great service.

However , I accidentally left a couple tops in the closet of our room and when I called back to inquire about them. I got a voicemail and they never returned my call. Bad customer service for the lost and found there .

Staff were all amazing and friendly.

The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!

Such a great place. I'd go back. But my Elvis questions have been answered

Didn’t have breakfast All was very good

Swimming pool and coffee were both good. A few marks and wear and tear on furniture. Breakfast was very expensive
-
Great place to stay, especially for Elvis fans or those wanting to see Graceland. Experience was great, staff really accommodating and friendly and felt really safe The Elvis restaurant needs a lot of work! Staff not so great here and food was awful

Shuttle bus to Graceland was nice. We had a handicap room that had a tub with a shower. Most handicap rooms have a walk in shower. Very difficult, if you’re handicapped, to lift your leg over a tub. No exhaust fan so the whole room was steamed when someone showered. Also very bad lighting in the room. Breakfast buffet was $26 which a lot of hotels it’s complimentary. Paid to self park our car. Dinner was a 30 minute wait when no one was in there. Then they seated us right where we stood for 30 min. The chairs in the restaurants were like patio chairs. Not very comfortable for dining. They gave our order of fries to someone else & we had to order again. I think it would be nice if they had more employees. Employees were moving fast and getting no where.

Love this place. We traveled from California to see Alan Jackson. We drove down just to stay the night and did the tour of Graceland wheel worth the trip.
