The front staff needs to be retrained in customer service. The electronic doors on both ends need to be fixed. Key cards do not work and this is reflected in the review page of hotel from a year ago. The staff is prejudiced.

Staffs are super sweet!!! Very helpful and the Hotel room is very clean and cool . It was nice 5 nights stayed.

Staff at front desk was very rude. Took forever to get someone up there to help check in only to be told we couldn't until after 3! I just got out of the hospital and in pain. They wanted to charge extra for early check-in but had no rooms available. Left and cancelled the room
