The toilet seat was dirty to point that you could see that someone on their menstrual cycle had sat down and not wiped properly. I wanted to cancel and move to a different hotel but accepted a room change. The second room was cleaner but the mattress are horrible. My inflatable mattress is more comfortable than the ones at this hotel. According to staff the hotel went under renovations last year and all the beds were changed out. Unfortunately the new choice of mattress was not a good one. You could feel the metal springs in the mattress. It was literally the worst hotel stay of my life.

The hotel is very close to the highway, so the room was extremely noisy. However, the bed was comfortable, so I still managed to sleep well.

I enjoyed the room — it was huge! The bed and couch were comfortable when staying in at the room. It was conveniently located close to food spots and gas fill ups, and near the highway entrances for going to see Yosemite and King Canyon national parks. All the staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. The A/C worked great; it wasn’t turned on when I arrived so the room was very hot to begin with. But cooled down just fine. The only thing which I had issues with were other guests. During the day, other guests (I’m assuming kids) would bang and different doors and then run away. The doors slammed closed, so when anyone nearby left their room it was loud.

Clean room

In middle of the night, someone was apparently in the hallway purposefully hitting two metallic objects together to create a disturbance to hotel guests sleeping. This lasted for about 5 minutes.

Staff were great and it was clean and convenient

Good location right off highway. Very nice room but a bit of grunge at edges of shower. Nice toiletries inc lotion and conditioner. Pool and hot tub a bit murky and low pressure jets. Breakfast fine with waffles and precooked omelets. Noise from racetrack combined with noise of highway. But good place to stay at a very reasonable price . Friendly helpful staff.

I loved the hotel! just wish the jets worked on the hot tub. Other than that everything was great even the breakfast.

The beds were absolutely HORRIBLE!! They were thin, hard mattresses on plywood. They wouldn’t give us another bed option. Would never stay here again!!!! Could not sleep on such hard terrible beds

It was clean The beds where so hard I slept on the floor went to the front desk about it was told they were all like that to deal with it. Checked out immediately and refunded my trip. That’s how I dealt with it. Went to stay at a 1 star hotel the bed was soft there

Breakfast and cleanliness

Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub had bugs and leaves in it, tables were dirty. Of course my kids did not mind any of that they jumped right in and loved every minute of it. There is also a Dutch Bros. Jack in a box, and latin super market near by.

Our room smelled like fabuloso when we walked in and that is not a healthy choice for cleaning solutions. The restroom sink was dirty. We passed a towel over it and it was dirty. The restroom had a cracked overhead light. The toilet handle was loose and we had to adjust it so it flushes properly. Shower had good running water and hot and cold worked perfectly. The AC unit vent was falling off on the wall, I tried to fix but was not successful.

Beeakfast was excellent 👌 👏 👍 parking was adequate and safe. Employees were nice. Room was clean.
