Merced Inn and Suites

Nice large room, easy parking, friendly helpful staff.

I knew this place was old but I was kind of expecting better courtesy. The bathtub had mold, the shower curtain had mold, the floor was filthy and so we're a few other areas. We had asked for more towels since one had a black stain on it and were only given one but promised more later and never received it. We were only given two small soaps and that was about it. This place honestly needs a huge upgrade with a lot of things.

This place is seriously overdue for a major renovation and clean-up.

The place is old and it needs a lot of upgrades. Restrooms, and the rooms.

Cockroach’s electric plugs did not work to charge anything fridge was left open so wasn’t cold. Found a tool outside the parking to break into cars overall not a good place

Once we walked in the room it didn't look the floors had been swept. We pulled back the covers on the bed and there was bodily fluid stains. We didn't want to stay there so I went back down to the desk and the woman know that was working there we were going to find something else. She offered another room but the one we saw wasn't sanitary and we had no desire to stay in another. I asked for a refund and she said because I already checked in I would have to call Expedia. So, I did. Expedia said I would have to get the refund for the hotel. They were trying to play the blame game. Luckily I was still at the hotel and had Expedia stay on the phone. She had told me they wouldn't be able to process the refund before. I put her on the phone with Expedia and that changed. She now didn't have authorization. She had to send an email to her manager, Expedia tried to get off the line after sending email and I asked if they could wait on the line with. I knew if I hung up the phone or left the hotel before I got the refund I never would. After a good 15 20 minutes I finally got my refund approved. I do not recommend this hotel

The room was everything I needed. The air conditioning was working well,it was 101 degrees when I arrived. It was an older motel but everything worked as it should.I had a smart tv and that was great. They had a breakfast there but I left very early both mornings I was there so I missed it.Thank you Merced Inn&Suites for a great stay.

Carpet is dirty, toilet is flowing really slow, furnitures are old and dirty.

I had a great stay was some barking but it was good the front desk ladies very helpful . Bed room clean brand new sheets and pillow covers computer bed all in all excellent , I would stay again. Staff was great .no complaints here.

This is a remodeled hotel. It is in a quiet and peacefull area near highway 99. Staff was nice and accommodating. For the price there isn't a better hotel in Merced.

The property was for sale when we were there. The staff was great. Everything worked ok

The bed itself was fine. It was a place to sleep, nothing special. Overall, I do not regret staying there for a night. I would stay again of I was in the area again.

The place was dirty and filthy and had a lot of homeless people hanging around on the staircases laying in the hallways lot of drug use not the place I ideally pick for myself or family or recommend to anyone I know

Close to UC Merced The room was outdated and dirty. The mini fridge had black mold inside. The room smelled.

It looks nice from the outside. Once you get inside it’s a horrible it smells like tabaco. We got inside our room and I saw so many bugs. My bathroom had a hole in the wall and a broken m*th pipe. There was a hole on our ceiling. My friends also got a room and she had dirty sheets. I have a baby and I was scared to leave him on the bed because I didn’t know if they were clean or not.

Someone had their dog there and the dog just peed on the wall. Won’t be here again.
