Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, all hotel areas were well kept and clean, the bed was comfy with two clearly labeled options on the bed for firm and soft pillows (loved that), Dove toiletry amenities smelled and worked great (for once I wasn’t missing my own shampoo and conditioner at a hotel), breakfast options were plentiful and varied, and most importantly, as a solo female traveler, the surrounding area and hotel felt safe. Only change I would suggest in future renovations is to remove the bedroom carpet. Hotels always seem cleaner without it. Overall great stay! Highly recommended!

The grounds were lovely, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was hearty. The only downside was that there were not enough towels in the bathroom.

The only good things were room cleaning was clean and breakfast was good. The freeway and train noise is super loud. Pillows were uncomfortable. The jacuzzi water was cold.

Loved the layout and spaciousness of the room. Enjoyed the variation of the breakfast and the availability of seating. I didn’t like being woken up prior to the pre arranged time by housekeeping nor by how small and scratchy the towels were.

The room was clean but front desk were a little rude and I when I call they said u could have a late check out and they the day of they said no. Breakfast was ok

I understand it was a busy weekend but they ran out of towels. When I asked for some extra the lady up front was hella rude and said “we’re sold out” and had such a bad attitude. They also kicked everyone out of the lobby at 12 am but prior to that shut the lights off on everyone and some people were eating… nice place horrible staff.
