Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Boise West - Meridian

It's a nice hotel with nice rooms and amenities. Our room wasn't ready and the staff seemed overwhelmed (and their staff that cleans the rooms were short staffed) but went above and beyond to get our room ready. Would come here again.

Expedia had to rebook our reservation to this property because our original reservation was oversold. We ended up with a bigger room than we had originally paid for. Very clean and the staff was very cordial.

However, by far the worst thing was being charged 250$ extra for smoking in our room. We absolutely do not smoke and being charged because our room “smelled differently than the other rooms on the floor” is absolutely preposterous. This was bar far the worst hotel experience we have ever had!

We will book a stay here again.

Found blood stains in the room, things were falling apart. The pool smelled like mildew and was green from bacteria growth. Was told by the front desk staff we would get a full refund. GM has been unreachable and won’t return any of our calls, so still haven’t received that refund.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good parking.

The stay was ok. We were initially booked into a nice decent sized room but found out that the ac in the separate bedroom portion wasn’t working and it was incredibly hot. Notified the front desk who was incredibly helpful and tried to reset it to get it to work while on the phone with their manager. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed so they swapped us into a different room. While the new room was nice and cool, it was A LOT smaller and didn’t feel like it was at the same price point for what I paid. The bed in the new room was not as comfortable and overall it didn’t look as upkept as the first. I chose this location as we have stayed there before and liked the property. Hopefully if we stay there again we will be able to keep the original room that was paid for. I definitely feel like the first room was worth the money I paid but the second one wasn’t even close.

Only complaint was the traffic noise. Other than that a nice stay!

Great staff, great attitudes and always helpful! Morning breakfast was worth the stay! Clean rooms and they have suites with separate rooms from the living area so, great for families with young kids!

The breakfast was great, the parking easy and located near major streets.

Free parking, clean hotel, we will return

Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Super clean. Easy parking. Close to many restaurants, stores and easy drive to the airport.
