Clean room, great amenities and yes, parking felt safe

Clean place convenient Noise coming from factory next to building

Clean room, comfy beds and had everything we would need

Great place to stay. I had a studio suite. It was basically like a small apartment and also included a washer and dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen with all cookware, utensils , plates and glasses. Very quiet and a nice place.

The evening front desk lady was exceptional. The size of the unit; fantastic, comfortable. Location could not be better. Furnishings were very up to date. Clean. Best hotel stay I've had in a long time.

Great stay with our 2 large dogs. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and gym was great as well! Would definitely stay again if ever is Boise.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, laundry inside the bathroom and plenty of parking

Very comfortable and spacious room with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Very close to the freeway, yet it was quiet. The lady who checked us in could have been a bit more welcoming. Dan, who checked us out, on the other hand, was super nice. Soundproofing is not optimal if you have someone above you, but in our case it was someone literally running in their room at 11:30pm and I don't think there is soundproofing designed for that!

The room was 82°F The thermostat was entirely unresponsive I spoke with staff at the front desk and they were helpful and were eventually able to find another room, but due to how booked up the hotel was it was difficult to find accommodations I was told my room would be discounted/prorated from the $250/night to ~$125/night But never received any communications or refund from hotels.com or hotel staff

Our room had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 4 night stay.

I was truly surprised and impressed by the kitchenette. My only complaint is the lack of a garbage can anywhere but the bathroom in the unit. Other than that, great stay. Will use again.

The friendly staff. There was an excessive amount of dried paint spillage on the floors, curtains, doors. The remodel for our room was not finished.
