Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Boise - Meridian

Was a very nice stay. I slept well and not a lot of noise.

Basic accommodations.

Bed was very comfortable

I found this property to be a bit misleading in its advertising. Breakfast was granola bars and fruit. This property was not as well maintained as I had hoped.

There were stains around the bathroom sink, on the sheets, and on the pillows. There was dust and trash swept underneath the bed. The towels weren’t fresh. The water pressure was abysmal. The neighbors aren’t considerate of noise through the entire night and staff didn’t do much to help. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Go book at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson instead.

Maybe just a bit of utensils. The room was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Breakfast. The coffee was so weak it did not even taste like coffee.

I had a nice day if they were professional most all it was quiet I didn't have dogs barking the room was very nice location was fantastic

This was my first stay at this type of Extended Stay hotel...I really like the car friendly room and easy going concept! I highly recommend this hotel as it was well maintained and very quiet. Great surprise...thank you!

the rooms had no coffee makers and when you ask for one, they give you a pot, but no coffee and the free breakfast was a joke. there were no food and the prepacked stuff they did have looked old. for it being an expensive hotel I thought it would have been a better place.

It was pretty barebones, no dish soap, no dishes! No hairdryer and a marginal bed with terrible pillows. Room was spacious and clean and staff was friendly and helpful although understaffed. Only a “coffee bar” with tasteless pre-wrapped crap, no real breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely be this place.

Their so called breakfast was oatmeal packets and bruised apples. There was no coffee either morning. The bed was uncomfortable. And an hour before checkout time they called our room to ask if we were leaving yet.

Clean, comfortable

First time staying here. Room was clean and tidy. I love the kitchenette. Customer service spot on!

For a long-term stay it is actually really nice. Not fancy, but practical and clean. Loved the block out blinds in my room. If you’re nice to the staff they will be nice to you. Just don’t get your hopes up about “breakfast.” Energy bars and mini muffins. That’s all.

Anyways, the room was spartan but clean. And featured a stove. But no flatware or silverware. (Easy enough to get from a call to the front desk.) However, the overall hotel was noisy into the late hours of the night. (Music playing from one of the rooms, people coming and going in the hallways.) Also the people behind the counter seemed ill equipped for anything but the most basic questions. We needed to make a modification to our booking, and they seemed 100% unable to deal with that because it was "done through Expedia". Ultimately, we regretted our say, and in hindsight would have stayed somewhere else.
