My Place Hotel - Boise/Meridian, ID

We needed a quick stay while transitioning out of our house and they were helpful and accommodating on getting us 2 rooms close to each other, and one room being pet friendly. We had a few issues with our key cards but they were helpful on remaking them. One Elevator and it was slow running so we mainly used the stairs. Clean, spacious, accommodating with a regular fridge. Plenty of parking.

Everything was great. Really liked that there is a BBQ to use for outside cooking and you can rent or buy any needed kitchen essentials.

This may be an Expidia issue, from the hotel, Expidia over sold rooms so you will not get the room you reserved, I had reserved a 2 queen room, they checked me into a single king, we had to go buy an air mattress to make it work, the room stunk like mildew everytime you would walk in, had to leave a window open the entire time.

Fairly close to freeway, close to the village shopping, and needed to break up our drive. Beds were comfortable.

We always stay at my place Meridian. Centrally located, nice staff and clean rooms. Even though it’s near many busy shopping center the hotel itself is tucked behind and quiet. Dog smell but we also have a dog so we get it.

Rooms were clean and you could tell everything was freshly laundered etc. Staff was a bit slow but friendly and helpful. On site laundry room and A/C worked well. Located conveniently and felt safe staying here.

We've mostly enjoyed our stays at MyPlace, but not at this location. Going back through Meridian tonight, we absolutely will not be staying there ... maybe never again!

All was GREAT

It was incredible to have a full kitchenette at such a low price point! The place wasn’t “fancy” but was clean, comfortable, with very convenient amenities. And the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Check-in/out went very smoothly, and I would certainly stay there again if traveling in the area. Especially if I needed a kitchen for a longer stay or anything! :)

Do not book this hotel. We booked for 4 days. On the day we arrived, we asked to cancel the last night in our reservation. This was well within the 24 hour notice period. Cody told us that in order to cancel our last night, we had to cancel our ENTIRE reservation and pay the same day booking rate to rebook (much higher than the prebooking rate). He said Expedia wouldn’t let us change, which was a lie. Because all hotels in the area were sold out because of a sports tournament we had little choice and checked in and paid for the 4 nights because Cody said we had to pay in advance. We called Expedia and explained the situation. They told us that since we already checked in and paid for the 4 days, it was up to the hotel to modify our reservation and refund us. They called the hotel. We talked to Cody again. He told us that ALL Expedia reservations are non-refundable. So we lost our money for the last night. And my place lost a customer forever. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. There were people smoking at the grills (well within 25 feet of the property 90% of the time we went in and out of the hotel). We will say that the women at the front desk were so kind and amazing. They were the only redeeming thing about this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My place is a great value. We were very happy with our stay and with the staff. We have begun staying at their properties in numerous locations due to consistent stays

Coffee maker is a plus

No continental breakfast at all It really was just a bare minimum property not what I expected at all And the staff were not very helpful

Great location for shopping and commuting.
