This is a newer property with very nice amenities.

Clean and conveniently located. The person at the desk at the moment of my departure was incredibly disrespectful. I asked if I could receive a receipt and she immediately answered “Absolutely not!” and laughed at my face. She looked at the other two ladies with whom she was speaking before and all three laughed. I looked at her calmly and didn’t say anything. She then said “It was a joke!” and laughed again. At the end I did receive the receipt, but I most likely will not return to that hotel anymore. Some jokes should be reserved for close friends, not to a guest whom you don’t know.

The hotel was excellent but my spouse left his medicine and we called immediately back to the hotel and they claimed nothing was found.

I booked the room and paid for it 3 weeks ago. Showed up and they cancelled my reservation with no reason and no notice. When I arrived at the desk to check in, the girls there informed me the hotel was sold out and that one of their co workers had cancelled our reservation for no reason and shrugged their shoulders and said they were sorry. Every other hotel in the area was sold out that night
