I booked the room and paid for it 3 weeks ago. Showed up and they cancelled my reservation with no reason and no notice. When I arrived at the desk to check in, the girls there informed me the hotel was sold out and that one of their co workers had cancelled our reservation for no reason and shrugged their shoulders and said they were sorry. Every other hotel in the area was sold out that night

I definitely like that they have the gym room next to the pool on the 1st floor and I like the selection of breakfast

The pool area could be better. Always out of towels. Only had 1 elevator worked all week which was an inconvenience since the hotel was packed.

I had to ask for cleaning service ,for clean bath towels, the microwave looked like a bomb blew up in it . Only 1 elevator worked. I stayed from July 1st until July 10th and I was stuck there. Not a thing

Staff went out of their way to fix a mistake I made with two bookings for consecutive nights that happened to be for different room types. Otherwise good breakfast and room, will probably stay again as I'm often in the area.

Great location for NW Indiana to go out in all directions. Stayed here to see family in several adjacent towns. Good breakfast and coffee. Will stay again whenever I’m back home there to visit.

Hotel was pretty decent the pool was a little bit dirty the staff said it because it was a lot of kids in the pool but they went right along and cleaned the pool but overall the hotel was pretty clean
