Extremely dirty hallways and stairwells. Empty case of beer next the room I was staying in. Bed sheets were wet. Inside the refrigerator was dirty and unsanitary. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. Would not recommend or rebook at any Super 8, ever.

The room was filthy and it was a handicap ♿️ room. It smelled like dog. Staff said they didn't have any more rooms on the 1st floor but weren't volunteering to give me my money back. And of course there were no elevators.

Nothing. But couldn’t get a refund to use funds elsewhere so were stuck. Hotel did not give us rooms next to each other. Rooms were disgusting. Mold in the cracks of the tub, stained carpet, super hard beds that were not pleasant. Breakfast is non existent. Two cereal dispensers and coffee are the options and only one cereal was full. Other one was empty our whole stay. Staff we dealt with at check in didn’t have a care in the world that they were unable to give us rooms next to each other. I even showed the email I got saying that they were able to get us rooms next door to each other. Outside of the hotel looks nice, but once you go you get inside it’s another story. Just nasty little place.

The room was disgusting and dirty. Both the air and the heat did not work. The TV remote would not work and upon asking for assistance we received eye rolls and terrible help. Had it not been so late upon our check-in we would have immediately left. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I Received a room with a whirlpool tub, that I did not request.

The staff were very nice and bed was comfy. The bath tub was incredibly dirty.

The over all remodel seemed nice but very rushed. We checked in and the bathroom door wasn’t fully painted on the inside of the bathroom. The plug for the provided hair dryer was broken. There was toilet paper shoved into a hole in the bathroom wall near the outlet. The bathtub looked filthy. The mini-fridge leaked something all over our food boxes. I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and the nice lady working at the desk didn’t have a key that worked for the laundry room where the toilet paper was kept so I had to come back over an hour later. As we were packing up the car to leave the nice man working the front desk deactivated our room keys when we had more items and personal belongings to pack in the car. He reactivated the room key quickly so we could finish packing our car to leave. Overall the beds were comfortable and it was a place to sleep, but we would not stay at this hotel again.
