One & done. Panhandlers/homeless hanging around parking lot had approach guests coming and going through lobby door, side entrance doors weren’t locked just walk in toilet seat ready to fall off shower enclosure cracks at bottom etc. Breakfast is just cereal and hope there is coffee without having to ask to have made. Just was not good.

This place is gross. We didn’t want to touch anything or take our shoes off. I had booked 2 nights. If we didn’t get in so late the 1st night, we would’ve gone elsewhere. Woke up and told them we would not be staying the 2nd night due to lack of cleanliness. They told me to take it up with Expedia. Expedia told me to take it up with the hotel. When I called back, the person who answered the phone would not listen and hung up on me. They could have easily canceled the 2nd night and rebooked it, as they told me the hotel was fully booked. Currently have a complaint filed with Wyndham. If you have any other option, don’t stay here.

Floor was wet throughout the room due to the auto fan on the air conditioner got turning off the bathtub was dirty. The toilet seat was broke was an advised that housekeeping and maintenance will not be in until the morning I requested for them to come and fix that toilet seat enter clean the bathtub. No one showed up for management was advised that management will be in the morning on Sunday the 19th. also check the refrigerator. It was dirty. I don’t know if it was mowed or dirt and management as of July 22 still have not reached out as I requested.

Bathrooms require maintenance

The soap dispenser had no soap. Pillows smelled. No coffee pot in room.

I rechecked in online. I then had to redo the entire precheck process because she said they don’t do that. I asked why it was sent and I spent time filling it out. She claimed that I didn’t fill anything out because they don’t do that. Once to our room there were kids running above us all night. The pillows were almost nothing. I asked for an extra pillow and was told no. This place seems like a cheap option for construction workers since that seemed to be the majority staying there. We were on our way to a baseball tournament and needed to crash for the night. Next time I will pay extra money to avoid this place.

The room was clean and they had the basics for a night's rest, but the bathroom tub was broken, it needs to be replaced.

Horrible experience. AC wasn’t working, rooms were dirty, and the bathtub was broken. Was definitely not pleasant.

I had to last minute check in to this hotel because I had an issue with my original reservation from another hotel. I am appreciative front desk was able to get me a room as it was last minute and after midnight. The facility is pretty out dated, could use some detail cleaning in the room and hallway. Bed and pillows were old and had stains. I can hear other guests as the walls and floors are paper thin. Otherwise, I was able to sleep for the night for a decent price.

Poor room quality lobby smells like cigarette.

Waiting 20 minutes for someone to appear at the check in desk. Room was not clean, all three soap / shampoo dispensers were empty and sheets were stained. To be expected I guess at this type of motel. Oh well.

This place is quite nasty. Dirty and not kept up. Crap all over the walls, not cleaned well at all, pillows with hair on them, and stains on the sheets. The beds were uncomfortable as well.

The only downside was the minimal breakfast that was served. The manager and staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly.
