Our entire stay here we never once got housekeeping in our room, we never got clean towels . And if doesn't do any good to say anything to the Front desk all they say is we will let them know . Is there anything else we can do for you.

Most of the staff was extremely nice one person Everytime I go down seems to treat me extremely rude .

My sister in law and I both are on Walker's and we had to walk through the grass just to get to our rooms. Wasn't happy with the stay

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall maintenance of this hotel room. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the room had not been properly maintained. The walls had multiple black scuff marks, there was visible rust around the sink drain, and the toilet seat had what appeared to be burn marks or permanent damage. The caulking around the toilet was poorly done, several floor and baseboard tiles were cracked or broken, and there were stains and rust around the bathroom door hinges and trim, making the room feel neglected. To make matters worse, I found human hair on the towels, which made me uncomfortable enough that I used my own blanket instead of the bed linens. Even if the room had been cleaned, the amount of deferred maintenance made it feel dirty and uninviting. This was one of the most poorly maintained hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and it did not meet the standard I expected. I would not stay here again unless significant repairs, better housekeeping, and more attention to detail are made before renting rooms to guests.

Nothing The room smell like bleach the blankets had cigarette holes and they have bed bugs which I transported back to my home.

I enjoyed the hospitality when I first arrived Management Sharon and staff greeted me with kindness and accommodated all my needs I felt the tender care of a hardworking family pulling together to help others during bad weather conditions plus so much more they were overwhelmed over worked and had to turn others away, but they were still threw it all kind and pleasant warm and inviting, they care about others and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable as you should being helped here is like a home away from home I did not like how others treated some of the staff

This hotel was was not good the hotel was nasty and the light would not turn on the tub was dirty and the towel the employees were rude, bed sheets was dirty to overall I don’t not recommend this hotel.

Walked in and couldn’t believe how dirty the room was immediately walked out and left found a different hotel to stay at

Very disappointing motel. It was hard to even find the entrance to the building. Had to pay 60.00 in cash for a deposit to get the room key. Everything was dilapidated not in good condition.

Pool was not working and need better bed.

Great service

Gave me a room that was all ready occupied. The staff wasn't even aware of this. The whole place smelled awful, stale smoke & weed odors, musty smell & pet odors in hallways. Ants & roaches all over. Didn't stay, got complete refund. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the rooms, looks nothing like them in any way, shape or form.

Room was updated and served its purpose well for an overnight stay. The $60 cash deposit upon arrival, needs to be stated in the reservation. A sign by the front desk does not cut it for an online reservation. I have not used a cash deposit at a hotel in over 10 years, only credit. Sounds like the owners are too cheap to adhere to industry standards. Luckily I had some cash on me, I would not have paid a ATM for this.

People who think there's wifi here, eventhough it is wifi it doesn't work, Don't get fooled

Motel seemed clean. Our first room lock on door was broke reported to front desk and they gave us a new room. The new room air conditioner did not run good just giving air not cold air. Bathroom had 2 lights but won was out by the shower. Bath tub paint was peeling you would not want to bath a kid in it.
