The fridge was broken burn holes in the floor no ceiling vent cover in bathroom ashtray in corner of window also a sensor camera in room that was covered with a cloth

The rooms were disgusting. They put me in a conjoined room with workers next-door and I have a 12 year-old daughter and it was just me and her didn’t even tell me that they were gonna do that and I’m having a hard time getting a refund.

The room was fine other than the mystery socks scattered in the corners of the room. A guy offered my friend & I weed in the lobby. After we politely refused, he then proceeded to tell us incoherent stories about his uncle in Vietnam. There was also a guy throwing rocks at cars in the parking from a window on one of the upper floors of the hotel. I wouldn't say its a bad hotel, but certainly very bizarre. The vending machines were also broken. People seemed like they were really enjoying the pool.

The room was not properly cleaned! The back room shower curtain had so much mold on it went to take a shower at a truck stop, it smelled like cigarettes. The fridge was leaking water and the bather was nasty af 0-10 don’t recommend! I guess you get what you pay for but it was too high to be that nasty

Hot tub The Air conditioner did not work at all I told the guy at the front desk he said he will send someone to look at it he never came by

Absolutely disgusting. Do not book here. Its a waste of money. They will scam you out of your money and you will inevitably pay for a different one just so you dont have to stay at this hotel.

We like your motel, but your morning manager treated us very unprofessionally. He has a mean disposition! We've delt with him on previous visits. He's hurting your business and needs to be removed from his position. But, your night staff was very kind and helpful. (The plumbing needs better maintenance.)

If I could negative star, I definitely would. We booked two rooms both had to be changed. Broken bed, no air conditioner that worked in both rooms. Nasty and sheets smelled like urine. It was 82 degrees in room. No, tv that worked. Disrespected by manager on duty. No not risk staying there.

We were already creeped out and took the loss of another night stay and checked out. I couldn't believe how bad the hotel was and the staff acting like that. Never again.

Nothing When we arrived they were sold out but failed to inform me that I had until 4pm to check in. Our room was giving away and we were placed in a room with no working tv, the phone didn’t work, and there was no mirror in the bathroom. Then to top it off the sheets were still dirty and stained. They only gave $15 off for the whole stay. All the other hotels were sold out in the area so I had no choice but to stay. They switched our room the next day but still no other accommodations were made.
