Nothing good to say about this place other then the manager was really nice and as helpful as possible

Food to expensive and not worth the price

When I went to check in the front desk, receptionist was rude. When we checked into our room, the lock was broken off completely. When I mentioned this to the front desk receptionist he mentioned it to the owner who was there at the moment who offered to put one on while I waited. I requested a new room. The owner left the building completely because the receptionist mentioned that he was not gonna do it after all. The replacement room was even worse than the first room. Nothing was wiped down clean the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front faucet kept clogging up and water wouldn’t drain. The shower was disgusting and look like it was never clean.

Don’t use,pleas. We just entered and left. Terrible

Almost every time I stay a wall or door has a hole in it. And the bathroom door, this last stay had a missing door handle. Just a hole. Im like what is going on.

They need to clean walls ,carpet its outdated

Room was not clean at all water on carpet by a/c also bedroom was no clean at all

The guys working the front desk was rude from the time we got there sat until we left today there was ants real bad in our room the remote was under the bed just wouldn’t recommend this place and I will not be staying there again

Ant infested. Air conditioning didn't function. Not clean at all, bathroom had used wash cloth hanging. Room smelled foul. Beds are as supportive as blankets. Trash hotel

Shower dripped all night. Maintenance was a bit lacking.

I had a very frustrating 5-day stay at this property. The bathroom light and the sink were both completely broken when I arrived. I asked front desk service for help multiple times during my stay, but absolutely nothing was done to fix the issues. Going without a working bathroom light and sink for five days with zero assistance is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here due to the terrible customer service and poor maintenance.

At room, the hotel is it not raw reception is mean he don’t respect the customer

Building is old. Room had a heavy smell of smoke and was very dirty. All of the furniture needs to be updated to at least the early 2000s. Carpet needs to be replaced. Inside seems neglected.

First of all Fred that works the front desk is very rude to guests, the hotel room bathroom lighting was not working the hotel attempted to fix it but failed. Toilet seat was broken. We could not change rooms due to unavailable rooms. We checked out 6 days earlier and was charged for 4 days. Also the hotel's hot tub jets were not working. A dispute has been issued with the credit card.

It was horrible the room smelled awful and I got bitten like 6 times while sleeping and I was supposed to be checking in at 3 but room was not available till 4:30 I was the worse

The morning front desk associate was wonderful

The room was filthy, had ants, refrigerator door fell off, leftover food was in room from previous customer.

The price The room was not clean. There was paint on the carpet. The chairs and the lamp were filthy. Room was very dingy, dark and gloomy. There was no creamer for the coffee on both days and no milk. I booked for 2 adults 2 children and only 1 set of towels was in the room. I had to ask for more towels and was giving 1 set at a time. smh. The water in the jacuzzi was brown and had a ring around it. yuck!!
