I booked one king one queen they gave me two kings and said that it was the booking website fault and it was nothing that they can do about it, and they still charge me the price for it and refused to accommodate me for it when all in all I should have just disputed the charge. Your front desk, white boy, blonde hair very rude. Not helpful at all. Attitude is horrible. He should not be in customer service. What I actually booked. & your staff.

location was good. the breakfast was gone by 7:45 and there was zero coffee. When I told the girl at the counter, she said it was the midnight shifts fault. Also, the cable TV sucked and only worked on a couple channels. Finally, the rooms fridge rattled all night long.

Absolutely nothing When we told that they were guys sitting out front smoking weed when I walked in and the man at the counter was very rude. They had a Candy wheel there and my granddaughter asked about it and he said oh we don’t do that. We’re out of everything and she said oh it says milk duds, and he looked. He’s like gather on backorder. It was very short. When we went to the room, it was very dirty. The window would not even shut. The curtains had holes in them. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. The ceilings had stains on them under the couch and tables were disgusting dirty there were three guys out at the pool drinking a big bottle of Hennessy. Obnoxious. The elevator was even disgusting and the men that I met in the elevators of the day before they were riding up and it was real wiggly and broke down.

It wasn’t clean people were hanging Out in the parking lot. It was a group of people hanging out in the back of the hotel drinking liquor and the main thing was I was given a room on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. I refused the room. Elevator not working did not look clean

My room was very nice There was a waite time to check in at the hotel.

ZERO Everything. TV didnt work, key took 4 times to get in the room, no shampoo, zero hospitality, overall terrible. $161 for this bad place. You can pay 1/2 as much at other bad hotels right next door

the place is unkempt, halfway looks not clean or vacuumed for a week, elevator broken down on our last day. We stayed for 4 days and not once our room was cleaned, bedding was not changed in spite of our multiple requests or complaints. Garbage cans never emptied.We have to go down to ask for towels and bathroom supplies. Have ever heard of hotel policy that they only clean the room after 3 days of stay. Will never stay on that Hotel again. Think multiple times before considering booking on this. hotel. Worst hotel ever that we stayed.
