We arrived at 2:35pm and was told the room was being cleaned. At 3:15 the room was still unavailable, and was told it would be 10 minutes before room was clean. The room was still unavailable and we didnt receive a key until 4:58pm the room that say they were cleaning had stains on the couch and floors. The pool had too much chlorine in it it had the consistency of milk. The elevator is turned off at night for some reason so you have to take the stairs. The staff at night is nowhere to be found and when they did show up to the front desk she was rude and not accommodating. I understand they maybe short staffed but when guest are arriving it doesn't look good that the trainee is just standing there looking at us as confused as we were.

Almost everything. Customer service was horrendous and not personable at all. When I originally walked into the facility they were in an argument with another guest. The elevator felt unsafe and the lobby smelled horrible. All of the floors were dirty in the halls, stare well and bedroom. We were missing a piece of furniture from our room. The floors were not clean at all. Pillow cases were stained. The phone had ink all over it and was as good as useless because the front desk would not answer the phone. The remote to the tv barely worked and we had to manually do everything. The toilet is the biggest complaint I have because we again had to manually flush it ourselves. The pool room was disgusting and not well kept. There was trash all through the halls and bags of towels and bags full of trash and sheets. Our room was next to a storage closet that was repeatedly slammed and bouncing our heads off of the headboard.

Stayed one week. Room was never cleaned. Spoke to front desk twice about the problem. It was never resolved.

Location, close to everything. Right off the highway, noisy. The breakfast wasn't for me. Ran out of sausages.
-
Bathtub clogged, light bulb out, breakfast - machine broken, foods looks bad

Staff was friendly at check in. Lots of variety for the breakfast. Room was clean. No conditioner in the shower and the light in the bathroom kept turning off while I was in the shower. Made it difficult to shower, because I had to keep getting out of the shower to turn the light on. I finally gave up and just showered in the dark after turning the light back on 4 times.

Staff not helpful and some rude

The elevator was broke. I didn't like the attitude of the staff person at the front desk. Also, my bathroom was dirty. Some of my sheets were not clean and I brought this to their attention, and it seemed like I had a problem with them for the rest of my stay. I really did not like that and felt I should have had some sort of reimbursement for all these inconveniences.

Front desk not very helpful. Refuse to give change to give a tip for cleaning lady. Free breakfast is limited. No coffee at breakfast cafeteria.

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us and above us. The breakfast was very limited and not very appealing. The bedside light had a short in it and kept coming on and off at different times. This was also the first hotel that we have ever stayed at that we had to pay a deposit and the entire amount for the stay when we checked into the hotel. The front desk staff was not very helpful with assistance when asking for directions to a store like Walmart or what was good to eat around there.

Elevator was working and not. Drugs from prious guest left in the bathroom breakfast was not even the most basic of hotel breakfasts.
-
Check in was a little slow, seemed to be a problem with the computer system. Staff was friendly and eager to help throughout the stay. Breakfast was sufficient, but have had better options at other hotels. Would recommend some gluten free cereal options - Cheerios is a simple choice. Location is great. Close to mall and many restaurant options.

Hotel staff didn't seem to care when thing were broken! For example the coffee machine in breakfast didn't work and no looked at trying to fix!!
