Fabtastic hotel! Very clean and had great amenities.

The young lady who checked me in when I arrived was very hospitable and great customer service. Even when I left out the next day to do some running she greeted me as I was passing by the front desk.

Kitchenette was good, it was missing forks. Most of the staff was friendly. No housekeeping, remote didn't work it had to be replaced. Clock was not set to the correct time. There was no luggage rack to put my suitcase on. There were people arguing in front of our door!

Dish washer full of dirty. Onion paper left in cabinet. Stains on the living room floor. Bits of trash left on all counters. Left downstairs for over 20 minutes waiting for front desk to check me in ... No one around and no sign left to say they'll be back....
