Dish washer full of dirty. Onion paper left in cabinet. Stains on the living room floor. Bits of trash left on all counters. Left downstairs for over 20 minutes waiting for front desk to check me in ... No one around and no sign left to say they'll be back....

Nothing very disappointing When I got there to check in I was told that there wasn’t any more rooms available that were over booked I didn’t receive any calls or emails was traveling from out of town reservations were booked months in advance I was very disappointed had to get another room at another hotel

Spacious and clean.. the kitchenette was really nice with all the dishes it came with. I wish I would’ve booked more days An ice machine would’ve been nice and a pool maybe

Staff was great, very helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was poor. I forgot a mug in the fridge called about 3 hours later when I realized I forgot it and they threw it out. I actually had my diabetic meds in it. It’s a pet friendly property but it needs to be cleaned properly if pets are allowed on site.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. This was a good place for a night stay on way to Chicago.

Pretty much nothing They didn’t have our room type for us when we showed up so one of our kids had to sleep on the floor. Our bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The elevator was broken and our neighbor blasted music in his room until the early hours of the morning.

Checked in and when I went into the room there was only one bed. I booked a room with two beds almost 2 months earlier

I liked how the hotel had dvd players that we could take to our room if I wanted to watch old movies and I liked how they had a kitchen with everything we needed in the room. It was clean, good management and overall good service.

The room size & having a kitchen was fantastic. The only drawback was we had 3 people & the room was listed as having a pull out couch & it did not. The bed was TINY, even for 2 people.

The room was dirty. Leftover beer cans from previous guests still in room upon check-in. Scheduled room cleaning was not honored. Manager on duty failed to rectify unsatisfactory room.
