Disappointing

Man save yall money

I have never written a bad review before but here goes. Awww

Hallways were gross. Rooms were run down and barely cleaned. Everything smelled like perfume dumped all over to cover musty smells.

Dirty

The staff was nice but it was an older hotel that showed its age. We had a cleaning issue on check in but they took care of it right away.

Great staff; very friendly and helpful.

Clean and quiet hotel

The upkeep of the property was very poor. Had we seen it before booking, we would have found somewhere else. The room was not very clean either., Definitely disappointed.

I wanted to use the pool and hot tub after 10pm; however, they close at 10pm i dont know why they close it at night but i would have appreciated it to be opened. The room was nice and clean. They had waffles and coffee for breakfast. Parking was good. They had heat and air conditioning.

I chose to stay here because it was the cheaper hotel in the area and close for work . I don't usually stay somewhere due to price but was trying to save my company the extra buck. I was honestly surprised on how clean the hotel was and how taken care of the property was. For the price I got a steal. The room was very clean and had a nice presentation to it . I had to leave before break but I'm sure it was amazing (Smelled amazing ) For the price and location you couldn't beat it . Definitely will stay again soon .

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The entire property is very dirty.

It was okay if you’re looking for something fast for a one night stay. Quiet and the staff is nice.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we went up to the room, it was 1 bed and a fold out sofa. We went back to the front desk to get the appropriate room I had reserved but was told they have none available. The lady said that the reservation placed by Bookings was for the room we got and I commented that it was not and showed her my confirmation from Booking. So we were stuck with that room. So apparently after I made my reservation Booking must have entered a single bed. So I believe it was a Booking error on your part. The bed situation plus the room was a handicap room and the shower head was too low plus we had no regular coffee in the room.

room was dirty stains in pillows dirt on floor pool had hair on floor bugs in pool hallway and stairs had trash

Overall stay was decent but my room smelled like a wet dog as soon as you open the door. Had to constantly spray to avoid the smell and the chair in the room had a lot of dog hair in it.

That place was nasty. The bathroom was nasty long pieces of hair in shower walls floor hadn’t been swept nor mopped. Pillows very small and flat. Will not be returning Nothing.. price was very high for a room with very little light

Maintenance of property could be improved

The ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY.... THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY AND DUST EVERY WHERE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! THE BEDS HAD HAIR ON PILLOWS JUST NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AT ALL AND THE TUB HAD NO WAY TO NOT SLIP AND FALL, I THOUGHT DUE TO THE RADISSON HAVING ITS NAME ON IT, IT WOULD BEEN BETTER THAN EXPERIENCE I HAD SMH!
