Check in was at 3 but we arrived at 6 and were told it'd be an hour wait, so we got dinner. When we came back our room was ready and it was very clean and nice. Wi-fi worked great and we watched a movie on my laptop connected to the tv through HDMI. Only downside was that the AC unit was very loud and so we turned it off to sleep at night. Overall it was a pleasant stay but considering that our room was $134 I don't think it was necessarily amazing, but it worked well for us.

Very ild construction and nothing was maintained

For the amount we paid it should have been $87, not $187. We checked in at 730PM, room wasnt cleaned yet, once we got in, the room DID NOT look like the pictures. The fitted sheet was stained, the tub looked dirty/stained, the fridge didn't work, and there was a hole in the bottom of the bathroom door. It reminded us of old roadside motels.

It was easy communicating to work It was dirty tv did not work I rented room 7 days tv was unable to use for 4days.staff did not help I could not even get clean towel from front desk

When we arrived the front desk told us the room that was booked hadn't been cleaned so he "upgraded" our room. First try with the key didn't work, second try unlocked the door but the security lock was on. The room was occupied. From what was going on around the property I would say that was dangerous. Went back to front desk. Clerk acted like he couldn't believe us. Looked for a 3rd room. Gave us the same key back. Did not rekey it. So does the same key work on ALL rooms??? Went to 3rd room, opened door and bed was messed up. No phone in the room but I looked up the phone number and called the front desk. My husband has COPD and was struggling with his breathing after climbing the stairs twice but clerk said we had to come back to the office. We managed to get back into the car and drive back to the office. Clerk looked for a 4th room. Said it hadn't been cleaned either. I was really frustrated and asked for a refund. He didn't give me a problem about a refund but was booked thru booking.com that I think in the booking said it couldn't be refunded. Did get problem resolved I think. I'll know in 7 to 12 business days if my account gets refunded.

The property is run down.

I like the location as it's closed to my school. The room smelled bad as someone smoked in the room. The facilities were old and worn out.

Toilet handle was broken. Rooms not that clean

I was in the handicap room and could not figure out how to work the faucets for the shower. It was a bit frustrated and called the front desk and the front desk manager explained a couple things and told me he'd give me a little more time to vacate the room and I appreciated that. The toilet flapper did not seat right a couple times – but, I was able to reach in and re-seat it

The room was nice and the price was cool the staff was great

There was t much to like Everything, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was small, tv was tiny. Place needs some better tlc

First time they've charged me $50 surcharge and kept it because of a little stain on a bed sheet from some spilled juice deadbolt was broke you could see through the edge of the door straight outside will never stay there again
