Cheap price It was dirty door locks were broke you could see in between the door and the wall outside will never stay there again

It was the cheapest First time they've charged me $50 surcharge and kept it because of a little stain on a bed sheet from some spilled juice deadbolt was broke you could see through the edge of the door straight outside will never stay there again

Floor was dirty. Door lock was broken. Toilet paper holder was broken. Toilet lid was cracked. Wall next to tub moldy and damaged

The swing bar lock was not functional, the swing bar was broken off and not even there. There were deep groves in the floor from damage. There was a dead bug on the floor. One of the towel bars in the bathroom was broken/missing. Only one of the 3 light bulbs above the sink in the bathroom worked. There was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet and very lightweight bedspread. I asked for a blanket and was told I couldn't get one. The light indicators that tell the temperature on the heat/air conditioner were burnt out so there was no way to use that unit and have any idea what temp it was set to.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the place was decently clean, a lot of food options around The rooms are old and could use a renovation. They have an unpleasant smell owing to the fact that windows can't be opened (it smells stale and like cigarettes)

I booked a motel room for 5 days, they told me I dont have reservation, and now to rate them? If I didnt have reservation how can I rate them now? Avoid them
