The room was clean but had a damp musty feel and smell. There was no coffee in the breakfast area because it was broken, although there was a coffee pot in the room.

Could have maintained better

Property is old, dated, and depressing. Other Fairfield's I've stayed at were newer and excellent places to stay. Wouldn't stay here again especially since there are at least 5 other hotels to stay within a few miles of this property.

No water to take a shower what a dump of a hotel Marriott it is not stay far away from this hoteu

Room was small.

Older hotel with a great location, but needs renovations. Hotel room was musty and wallpaper was coming off walls in some places.

I liked that my room was on the first floor. The breakfast was decent. The rooms need updating. My stay was mediocre. There were two large brown spiders and a rollie poly, one on my daughter’s bed and in the tub. Not good or safe! I reached out to Expedia regarding a partial refund.

Property is old and showing its age. Air conditioning units are freestanding and don’t cool very well. I had to set ours at 64° just to stay cool overnight.

Good. Lived for one night with my 5 month old. Staff was good but breakfast option was very limited but it was okay.
-
No working washer or dryer available on the property. Only one working ice machine. Room and bathroom were small. Breakfast was minimal and items were not refilled when empty.

This was not a good stay at all. Started out with hair all over bathroom floor. Called front desk and they said they would send someone right up-no one ever came up. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work the whole 5 days we stayed there. The washer and dryer were broken. We were there for softball tournament and needed it, so ended up going to laundromat. I assume mower was broke too because grass was overgrown and never taken care of while we were there. Breakfast was a joke and next to nothing. Then to top it off the day we left we woke up to no water. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I could go on but you get the point. It was bad!!

Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff very nice to work with. Excellent breakfast!

Pool was okay. Laundry facilities were broken, all the ice machines were broken except the one in the lobby. Breakfast was lack luster. Not a lot of choices and the same things everyday.

The property is older. The parking lot is spacious enough for the guests but full of large pot holes. It was hot when I was visiting and the AC in the reception area wasn't up to it, I am sure that the staff was quite warm (but they were still helpful and friendly.) My room was clean but there was wear and scuffs on much of the furniture and the sink faucet in the bathroom didn't want to shut all of the way off. The other noteworthy thing was the humidity in the room. Even with the AC running the room felt and smelled damp. I had some papers on the desk and they wilted overnight. Didn't eat breakfast because of my schedule so I can't comment on that. Despite being right off of the highway my room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good.

The lobby was hot and well air conditioned. Carpet was ripped my husband tripped on the torn carpet coming in. The checkin was ok. We got a suite the bedroom was fine but the room with the couch and tv the air went out and did not work there were dirty socks left on the floor. We called to see about the air getting fixed or changing rooms and they could not either. The maintenance was gone and no rooms available to have. The hallway on our floor smelled like pot both days we were there and the ice machine only worked on the first floor none available on second or third floor where we stayed! All in all this was not a great place to stay and I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

Old and run down. Dirty. Cobwebs in rooms.

Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.

This place needs updating. The lobby was not really air conditioned, the rail in the elevator was loose, room was dingy, water damage on ceiling, mold on desk chair, bathroom door didn’t lock, the entry doors stopped working and had to be manually pulled open or propped open. The front desk staff was rude and not very helpful. Cannot comment on food/pool as did not utilize. Only positives - A/C I. Room worked well, beds clean, and bathroom clean. Overall though, this place needs help.

Breakfast was nice. The property could benefit from some upkeep.
