    Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.

    This place needs updating. The lobby was not really air conditioned, the rail in the elevator was loose, room was dingy, water damage on ceiling, mold on desk chair, bathroom door didn’t lock, the entry doors stopped working and had to be manually pulled open or propped open. The front desk staff was rude and not very helpful. Cannot comment on food/pool as did not utilize. Only positives - A/C I. Room worked well, beds clean, and bathroom clean. Overall though, this place needs help.

    THE POOL WAS NOT HEATED, WAS DIRTY, AND THE AREA HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. WHEN I ASKED THE DESK CLERK THEIR RESPONSE WAS I THOUGHT IT WAS A HEATED POOL TOO, BUT GUESS NOT. I TOLD THEM THE AREA NEEDED TO BE TENDED TO. NEVER BEEN BACK OUT THERE AGAIN.

    What frustrated me most was that the staff already knew about these issues. The front desk explained that they are actively replacing the air conditioners and have already started changing some of the bed frames because of similar problems. If management is aware of these issues, it's hard to understand why guests are still being charged full price. That said, their emeployee Mit completely changed my experience. He is one of the best hotel employees I've ever encountered. He stayed past the end of his shift, fixed the toilet himself, and genuinely cared about making things right. His professionalism, attitude, and willingness to help were exceptional. Without Mit, this would have been a one star review. The hotel itself has great potential and could be a fantastic place to stay once the air conditioners and bed frames are fully addressed. Until then, I don't think the current room rates reflect the experience being delivered.

    Checked in for two nights and three days. The room was a little dirty and the sheets had stains on them but we didn’t notice until Saturday morning, since we were out and about all weekend. On Saturday morning, I asked the front desk if housekeeping could clean and change the sheets while we were gone that day. I was told, “it’ll be done” and we left for our adventures. We didn’t get back until after midnight to find the room clean, but the sheets were not changed; as we pulled back each layer we kept finding more and more stains. We even found a stain that matched another guest’s review from 10 months ago. My boyfriend and I will not be staying here again.

    Our key cards did not work on the second evening, but the desk clerk quickly took care of the problem. The only other thing that I could see as an improvement is, I wish the weekend breakfast would’ve started at six like the weekday breakfast. I still give high marks because everything else was good. Those were only minor things I wanted to write down.

    This has always been my go to for years and years. My last stay the front desk young lady on the night shift was horrible. We were assigned a room that was not cleaned, bed stripped and dirty linen in the chair. When we went back downstairs the front desk person never apologized or acknowledged our dismay. I provided her the picture as well. We now stay with a competitor.
