Under construction at present. Room is outdated and worn. Two different ice machines not functioning. Breakfast offering were sparse.

It served its purpose. The bed and pillows were nice. The morning staff was pleasant. I cant say the same about the night shift. We will not stay here again, nor would I recommend a stay at this Hampton Inn.

When we entered our room, the air was damp and we realized the carpet was wet. When I called the front desk, they said it had been shampooed that day. Unfortunately, they did not turn on any fans or the a/c system to run the fan, so the moisture had accumulated in the air in the room until it felt damp like a high humidity day. The bedding felt damp as did our clothes the following morning. They said they could not move us because they were full, and they did not register our complaint.

No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room...but coffee offered 24 7, microwave in lobby,and breakfast free.

Property is currently under renovation which was not stated on hotels.com website. Things like this should be disclosed to help customers decide whether to book or not. Property badly needs refresh. Carpets are stained (yuck), room furniture from the '70s. I can't believed Hilton will attach their brand to this property. One bright spot is the breakfast, which hotel tries to varies everyday (scrambled eggs one day, omelette the next).

Nothing! They cancelled my reservation without giving me a notice. The 2 front desk employees lied to me. Said they called a manager but he wouldn't come down. They didn't answer any questions and just walked away.

I personally will not plan on staying here again. Expedia booked me in a handicap room that had a shower designed for someone in a wheel chair. It was akward and difficult for me to shower because the shower head was not adjustable and only waist high. The hotel attendant said they could not put me in another room because I had booked the hotel through a third party (which was Expedia) and not directly through their hotel. Bathroom floor was dirty. Glad I wore house slippers. When I wiped the bottom of my houseslippers off, the washcloth was black with dirt.

Location was good for us. Front desk lady had a medical issue and couldn't speak above a whisper. An added on $50 deposit was unexpected, and won't be adjusted off my c card for days. Room was very noisy Outside our door mostly from the ice machine, and staff working.

Got snowed in and they charged a double deposit. They showed NO empathy.

Room was clean, previous guest broke the tv but it wasn’t that big a deal. Liked the online check in and app based door key. Staff was lovely.

The location was good, the traffic near the entrance was terrible. Not even a can of soda on the hotel site. The breakfast area was packed with male workers from somewhere. Super noisy, couldn't enjoy the average breakfast.
