Everything was great except breakfast was terribl

Very limited breakfast options. They don’t touch your room unless you ask, and then it’s just replacing towels. No coffee maker in room and the bathrooms barely fit one person, so forget about two.

Pleasant, modernized breakfast area.

First time staying at a Spark hotel. I was very disappointed with Hilton. Our “clean” bathroom had a dirty wet hand towel in the shower. In the morning the front desk guy DC as he said was his name was very rude. We got to breakfast 1.5 before ending time and there was no milk, cream cheese or cups and bowls. We asked for milk and cups and DC rolled his eyes and said “agh”. Both mornings there were breakfast items that needed replacing and both mornings DC complained like we were an inconvenience. Do better at Customer service DC!!!!

The room is large and clean and comfortable. Expensive for the location

We're in town for a 3-day conference. It was a great conference. Was actually held in the hotel in accommodations were a fantastic. If we were to ever come back here with our company. This is where we would stay

I booked a room with 2 beds, they gave us a room with 1 bed. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The carpets and “couch” were filthy. I paid almost $300 for this dump that smelled of mildew. Never again.

Got to hotel a little early, asked were rooms were ready, was told by clerk it was but there would be an additional charge because we were early? Please help me make since of this. You would have room available but wanted me to pay early on a vacant room?

Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. I would have gladly payed 50$ more for that info when I checked in. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

This place smells like damp carpet. The breakfast is ok. They have wall unit ac, that also smells. Room are large that’s it

Breakfast choices didn't include meat or pancakes or waffles and possibly were just items economical to the hotel vice satisfying to most end users.

Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!

One of the better chain hotels we've stayed in. My husband finds it hard to sleep and he had the best night's sleep in years. The bathroom was a bit small but the bench space is big and so was the room. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended.

The Staff were professional and very nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were little too soft for me, but still slept well. I would stay here again.
